Al llegar aquí, usted estará en el paraíso. Vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México en Playa Bonita se puede ver desde la terraza de este fabuloso apartamento de 2 dormitorios. Este hermoso condominio está recién decoradas y actualizado. La ubicación del cuarto piso tiene un concepto abierto desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal hasta la galería proyectada en lanai, lo que permite una vista abierta y brillante del Golfo. Los sonidos del agua en la costa y la brisa del golfo le suavemente engañar a dormir por la noche.

El condominio tiene 2 dormitorios (1 cama king en el dormitorio principal y 1 cama queen en el segundo dormitorio), un sofá cama Queen y 2 baños. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, lavavajillas y cafetera, una lavadora y secadora se encuentran en la unidad, y la ropa de cama se proporcionan. Sólo empacar su maleta y venga.

Este condominio frente al mar se encuentra en Casa Bonita II en la isla de Little Hickory en Playa Bonita. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con todas las comodidades del hogar. Nuevo mobiliario incluyen televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD con sonido envolvente, conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, y el plato. Junto con la nueva decoración se sentirá como en casa mientras se relaja en el lugar perfecto de vacaciones.

Let me start off by saying this in not a typical VRBO rental with builder quality materials/appliances. This unit is equipped with high quality appliances and furnishings, including very comfortable beds. It is stocked with everything you need to have a great beach vacation. We booked this last minute after checking out the weather and were extremely pleased with the communication from Craig and Judy. There is still quite a bit of post-hurricane work going on, but this is typical for the area. We went out to eat a few times and found some great food at Tarpon Bay and Enzo's. The unit is equipped with beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this rental. The sunset views were incredible and we had a relaxing week. Unfortunately, we did have to rush out a day early for an emergency with our senior dog back home. Once we found a flight out that night, I contacted Judy and she helped me rush through the check-out process. She was very responsive and helped us to make our flight in time. Thank you for all your help Judy !! We will definitely be in touch when we return to the Bonita Springs area.

Amazing beach front access and beautiful condo!! Lower stars due to check out and cleanliness. lots of dust/dirt on floors and fans and hair in drain. Checkin wasn’t terrible—we had to turn on water and electric breaker but check out was a little extreme. Had to strip beds and wash all sheets and towels and make sure the washer was finished before leaving. Also had to run the dishwasher and make sure that was finished before leaving because we had to turn water and breaker off before leaving. Check out time was at 9am which we felt was early given time needed to finish laundry and the dishwasher. All that being said would still recommend due to location and beautiful beach access.

Perfection

Everything about our stay was fabulous. We caught fish out front and ate fish tacos almost every day. The condo is back in great shape after the renovations. The condo had ending we needed plus some. The beds, pillows and couch were so comfortable and everyone slept great!We highly recommend this condo and especially appreciate the great and friendly communication from the hosts.

Relaxing stay

Past Hurricane impacted this building/location. That was a little disappointing to not have access to a pool, however, that is not the fault of anyone. The owners were very accommodating and proactive in communicating well before the trip on what to expect and even provided helpful suggestions on places to visit/see. The location was great, condo was very clean. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and hope to return in the future.

Great rental!

I love Bonita Beach and the stretch that this rental is on. Views were amazing and condo was well stocked!! It had everything we needed including beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella. There was also fishing equipment we didn’t use. There wasn’t much we needed (we did purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels. There was some in the condo but we needed more than was left). Every pot/pan/utensil we needed was there…however we ate out for dinners but not breakfasts. There was a blender that worked wonderfully for our foo foo drinks and a regular coffee pot /toaster that we used regularly. Lots of storage in the condo so we didn’t feel like our stuff was sitting out all over. Unit included Roko and Netflix/Hulu. Bathrooms were good sized as were the bedrooms. Condo was nicely decorated and didn’t have that overstuffed feeling, we really loved it! Loved listening to the waves (when it was cool enough to have the sliders open) and watching for dolphin during the day. I would defiantly rent this unit again! We had a very early flight out (7:30am since check out was 9 am) and the exit instructions did include washing the sheets (didn’t need to remake beds) and then shut off the water. So planning extra time for out departure from the unit was required since we had to shut off the water which meant the washer and the dishwasher needed to finish running before we left…This isn’t a deal breaker just something to think about when planning your flight.

Great Condo

The condo is lovely and is just like the pictures. We are pretty picky about rentals, and this one met our expectations. Great lanai for sitting and reading and looking at the gulf. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short due to a medical emergency back home. Judy and Craig were wonderful about our leaving early. Great place to relax!!!

FANTASTIC SUNSETS

The condo is beautifully decorated and has new appliances including washer and drier but the the views of the beach and the sunsets are relaxing and spectacular, the only bad thing was that time flew by too quickly, the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with them, the condo is a lot nicer than the photos in the advertising. GREAT VACATION

Perfect Fit For Our Needs

Our stay was perfect. Communication with the owners was outstanding. We're planning on our next trip and hopefully can again stay at this location. On the down side. We pay a cleaning fee. I feel we shouldn't be required to do all sheets and towels before a 9am check out ( which they did extend to 10) What if we had a EARLY flight? If so cut the fee in half? Never ever had to do that at any VRBO in the past Not to mention, what's stopping someone from putting sheets in a dryer with a fabric softener (yuck) I don't like knowing my sheets maybe got washed and maybe not. That's what the cleaning fee is for. Ok that was the only negative It was a perfect fit for our families needs. We had a wonderful Christmas & even decorated a bit 🎄 We have family in Dolphin Way so we couldn't of asked for anything more. Thank you & your condo is absolutely beautiful!! Love the Gibson's

The cleanliness the appliances(all stainless steel) but nothing beats that gulf view.

The overall experience was excellent. Just a few drive minutes away from restaurants, gyms, dept stores for buying suveiners. The walks along the beach right after a good workout.

Excellent property

Excellent location, Bonita Beach in our opinion is the best location in South Florida. The condo is great, newly remodeled, spared no expense, very nicely decorated, all new appliances and furnishings, fully equipped with everything we needed. Sunsets are the best. Highly recommend the property, the nicest we have stayed at, and we have stayed at a number of properties.

Amazing Renovated Condo

This newly renovated condo was absolutely amazing! Lots of upgrades, beautiful view of the gulf, access to beach and pool area was very convenient. Assigned parking for the unit was situated in a convenient area. Elevator for easy access, stairs if you prefer. Amenities Galore...furnishings for your stay, included beach chairs, coolers, just about anything you could need. Owners are very amicable and even asked if I had any suggestions to improve. Not really, has everything one needs. About the only suggestion I would have would be for renter to strip beds of sheets and place dirty towels in shower for cleaning service. If more were staying, it would have been difficult to get 3 sets of sheets and towels for 6 done to check out by 9 a.m. I'll definitely recommend this unit to others. Thank you Judy and Craig for being such hospitable hosts.

We'll be Back!

Home away from home...well, at least that's how we felt. The owners have done a wonderful job of creating a warm and inviting getaway. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the comforts and conveniences of home. The master suite has a beautiful, direct view of the Gulf. The master bath is spacious and gives plenty of room for two to get ready for a night out. The same view of the Gulf can be enjoyed while eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner while sitting on the lanai or watching a little T.V. while reclining on the comfortable sofa. Secure Wi-Fi keeps you connected...worry free. The second bedroom has twin beds and a roomy closet for all the clothes that my teenage daughter thought she would need. The kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances and place settings needed to prepare any meal. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit is wonderful! No need to look for a laundromat and search for quarters. The beach at Bonita is amazing! Walk the beach and collect shells, enjoy the warm Gulf waters, or watch for dolphins as they swim nearby. For those inclined for the pool, you are in luck. The pool is clean and offers plenty of lounging to relax in the sun. There is also a spacious common area with a rest room before you exit to the pool or beach, so you don't have to run back up to your condo every time there is the need. The location of the condo is second to none. You are within driving distance of Fort Myers Beach that offers something for everyone. Shopping, dining, and recreational sports. And don't forget about Bonita Springs itself where you can find all of the usual food markets and retail shops. Needles to say, my husband, teenage daughter, and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. After staying at condos throughout Florida's Gulf, the others pale in comparison. There is something to do for everyone. The location is supreme and without a doubt the best we've ever been.

We have visited Bonita Beach for many years. This 2 bedroom condo is a great beachfront location with stunning sunsets to come and forget about all the stress of home and work. It is located near many things to do and only 25 minutes from the Fort Myers (RSW) Airport and 20 minutes from Naples and 15 from Fort Myers Beach.

This condo is in a premium beachfront location with amazing sunsets. The walk to Doc's Beach House is a great place to get a bite. You can also schedule fishing excursions and rent boats and jet skis nearby. Parasailing can also be found down the road. Restaurants and shopping can be found in all directions from the condo. It is a great place to do many things or just do nothing but soak up the sun and relax.
