The Space:
This 3/2 home is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are configured as follows- Primary bedroom features a king bed. Second bedroom features two double beds. The bonus third bedroom features a bunk bed (single over single). The third bedroom was designed in the spirit of the crew quarters of a ship and as such is quite small. There is no closet and the quarters are very tight. The bathrooms of the home are configured as follows: The primary bathroom features a double vanity and walk in shower. The second bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and yard.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located within the Dunes Golf and Tennis Community of Sanibel Island. Just minutes to the causeway, beaches, shopping, and restaurants this home is situated perfectly. Not too close to the hustle bustle of beach condo associations yet also located conveniently in regard to accessing all that the island has to offer.

Guests will be pleased to learn that The Dunes Golf Club does sell monthly memberships which allow social access to the pool and other amenities offered. Guests should inquire directly with The Dunes Golf Club for details and cost. The clubhouse and amenities are less than a two minute drive from this home.

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental car to get around during your time at this property

Other Things to Note:
We require a rental agreement to be completed by guests prior to check in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
