Welcome to "Beach Daze", this beautiful updated Shell Harbor home offers everything you need for a relaxing, beachside getaway. With just a short walk to Sanibel's pristine east-end beaches, this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath semi-elevated home blends modern comfort with island elegance. Inside you'll find a fully remodeled kitchen, stylish living and dining areas, and a cozy family room. Step out to a large screened pool and covered porch. Ideal for sunny afternoons or dining al fresco with the convenience of a pass-through window from the kitchen. This retreat sleeps up to 7 people and offers easy access to the beach, local shops, dining, and the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. You'll also enjoy private beach access with ample guest parking, reserved exclusively for Shell Harbor residents and their guests.
Please note: The main living area on the first floor is all guest/renter space and this will include the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd uppermost floor will remained locked out for Owner usage only. Also, there is a dock on the property that can be used to fish & kayak from, however the boat and lift are not available for guest use.
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & 3 Twin beds (2 bunk, 1 single) (sleeps 7), WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, large screen enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
