Didn’t want to leave the water views behind!

Woodring Bay house has gorgeous views of Pine Island Sound and awesome kayak access to Tarpon Bay. Views of the sunset can’t be beat and it’s cool to watch the lightening as storms roll in. SBL as the property manager was very helpful and customer service with them was great.

A Serene Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Woodring Bayhouse is as spectacular as the photos suggest: large windows, soaring ceilings and an incredible view. The location is private and yet still close to shops and restaurants. The heated pool was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach. The house is well stocked and very clean. I cooked almost every night on the waterside gas grill, I kept burning dinner because I was so distracted by the spectacular sunsets over the water, and the pelicans and herons fishing off the dock. I have no complaints at all, but I suppose I should mention that the house has three levels, so there are lots of stairs if that is an issue. The open hallway on the third floor, overlooking the living room might be a problem for very small children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this stunning home on the bay. The house is open, airy and bright with breathtaking views of the bay. The house is set on a very quiet street, just steps from the water. We rented kayaks and encountered both dolphins and manatees right in front of the house. The pool and hot tub are both clean and warm. It is a short bike ride or drive to the ocean side beach, restaurants and shopping.This is a dog friendly house, but you would never know it by looking. The house was clean and in good repair. The kitchen is well fitted out and there is a grill on the water side, we cooked in most nights.If there is any drawback to the house it is the stairs. The house is three stories high, with the main living areas on the second floor, and the master suite on the third. This would not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but for us it was perfect. We will be back next year!

Morning coffee in the sitting room upstairs, Afternoon beverages in the outdoor Florida room, Exercising and cooling off in the pool, Sunning on the beach or dock We saw Pelicans, Egrets, Herons, Sandpipers, Cormorant, Osprey, Gulls and more. One young Snowy Egret stands on a small buoy rope and successfully fishes way out of his depth and out of the water. In the water there were Dolphins, Rays, large conch, Manatee, as well as innumerable other fish.The home is spacious and bright with views from everywhere. Clean as could be. The white sofas and carpets were spotless. Beds, baths and kitchen comfortable and well appointed. The couple items that came up were quickly dealt with. (The bedroom side A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon. It was fixed within 2 hours. Amazing response)A great house in a great location managed by a great company. Five stars.

Wonderful Stay

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The views from the house were terrific. House was extremely clean. Location was on a beautifully secluded street. Neighbors were wonderful and friendly. The best part was kayaking right off the property to the Tarpon Bay and seeing dozens of Manatees. Such beautiful creatures. The dock and boat lift could use a little love, but other than that, it was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful House

Amazing Location. Gives the feel of being in a park with beautiful views and dolphins jumping right alongside the dock. Perfect for a couple that enjoys nature as well as a luxury house.

Amazing Views

My sons and I stayed here while we were all virtually working/schooling. The house was exactly as advertised. The views from the house were awesome and the two sit/stand desks were really convenient for us. We loved the overall location - on the water and on a private road but only a 10 minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The boys really liked the big pool under the house, but we did have some issues with it not heating up on schedule consistently. The property managers (Sanibel Vacations) were great. They were very responsive to our issues and addressed them all immediately. We enjoyed the house so much that we re-booked it for March 2021. My only suggestion would be for the owners to replace the cooking grates in the outdoor grill. They were rusty and we couldn't cook directly on them.

Above and beyond!

This review is to thank Charlie and Robert from Sanibel Vacations for exceptional service. When it come to putting the customer first, these guys really do. My parents (in their 70's) rented a home on Sanibel for a month and my family was joining them for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the house lost is wireless capability and it was going to take a long time to fix. I needed this for work and my parents let Charlie and Robert know about the hiccup. Now we've rented houses on Sanibel for over 20 years and worked with a lot of the other agencies. I don't want to put them down but Sanibel Vacations went further than most of the agencies would have gone in this situation (in my opinion). Rob and Charlie found my folks a new home and personally moved their luggage and food from the fridge!! They were so accommodating I couldn't believe it... They told me that it's our vacation and their main priority is our enjoyment! Wow... I know companies say this all the time but these guys REALLY mean it. They have won my business for life and I am very greatful that they looked after my parents!! With regards to this house... there's only one word to describe it... Awesome! The pictures say it all.
