Very pleasant experience. This very nice and clean property has everything you need for a high quality vacation. Communication with property manager was pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

Amazing pool - so relaxing!

The house is located close to the beaches and has everything you need! The pool was warm and felt private. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We plan on staying again!

Hurricane Melvin trip

While we had to briefly evacuate due to the hurricane, we were able to return and finish our vacation. Owner was very cooperative about fixing the minor damage from the storm. Love this area-only I block to golf course .

Excellent choice to rent this property.

It was a very nice place to spend a vacation. Very neat and clean house and the pool is A+. The host, Igor, was very accommodating and thoughtful. The location is excellent. Near everything, the shops, the restaurants, the beach, the Warm Mineral Springs. Will definitely consider staying there the next time. Was a dream vacation.

Nice quiet property

This is a nice home, plenty of storage. Pool is no heated, it has a solor cover but only raised the temp two degrees the whole month. We were not able to swim in March, the pool was 72-75 degrees. Beds were a real challenge. Master was wore out. The other two were matresses on the floor. Very hard for older people to get in and out. Everything was clean and everything you need provided.

First snowbird trip

Very nice and quiet neighborhood- The house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having a nice big garage to pull into. The beach is maybe 10 minutes away and what turned out to be our favorite golf course ( Jacaranda West) was 2 minutes away. The pool never got above 68 degrees, but we were told that it was an extremely cold winter for the area. We already booked for October this year so I’m sure we will be able to make more use of the pool.

Perfect get-away!

This property is awesome! We have rented it twice and already have dates scheduled for 2024. We love the privacy and quiet location. The neighbors are so great and pleasant to walk up to and chat. We will always try to secure this property as often as possible.

Perfect accomodations!

This house and pool were just the thing for us. We would love to come back next year to the same location. The neighbors were terrific. Easy to get around the area. Such a quiet neighborhood; on a cul-de-sac. Great property!

Nice house, great location

Ant issue in one bathroom that we needed to daily take care of. Water filter wasn't working so we needed to bring in bottled water for daily consumption. The house was nice, large and private.

Amazing accommodations, the host really has everything you will need. He is so knowledgeable of the area and makes fabulous recommendations. Very quick to respond as well. We truly loved our stay, everything was just as advertised and the location was perfect!!

Venice Gardens

We rented this home for the entire month of January. We were pleasantly surprised with the interior and lay out of the home. We had all the conveniences of home. The split floor plan was nice when we had a couple of guests spend the night. We were expecting to be able to use a grill as it was listed in the amenities but there wasn’t one. There is a nice pool but it is solar heated so we weren’t able to get in but a couple of times. It was definitely nice to be able to park our vehicle in the garage each night to keep from dealing with the dew the next morning. The location to restaurants and shopping and grocery stores is great. I would recommend this home to others and hope to be renting it again in the near future.

Worse Vrbo experience we’ve ever had

So we rent properties at least 2-3 times a year. Never Ever have I had the experience I had at this place. I asked the owner a couple simple questions and was told not to bother him with simple stuff and to figure it out myself. We reached out to the property manager first and she directed us to the owner. The pool was dirty. The house was clean I will say that. But we stayed over Thanksgiving and the owner was watching us on his outside cameras calling and texting every hour telling us we could do certain things. My dads taillights went out on his boat trailer so he left it there instead of hauling it back at night with no taillights and was coming the next morning( thanksgiving) to remove it. We got told if we didn’t have it moved in less than one hour he was going to terminate our stay Immediately. Smoking a turkey in the driveway being one of them also. He would not leave us alone when he saw something on camera he didn’t like but yet told us not to bother him for small things. All the TVs are on different streaming services which makes it difficult to figure out what tv does what. And the shower handles you have to wiggle around until you can get them to turn on the shower ( in the both bathrooms). None of the lights work on the outside of the house ( front porch light, drive way lights). It was definitely a holiday my family will never forget.

Venice Stay

Overall a very nice place to stay. A very convenient location to Venice town and beaches. Igor was very good about responding and answering questions. If your traveling with another couple the house setup is perfect. You each have your privacy. We will rent again.

Just what we hoped it would be!

My daughter and I took an impromptu trip, just to get away. We found the property to be quite nice. As mentioned before, it had updated furnishings and appliances. I would also agree that the mattresses were the worst part of the trip, but whatever sleep we lost we made up for by floating in the wonderful pool during the day. I will also mention that the pool is situated in a way that the sun really doesn't fully hit it until around noon or a little after. Still, it was very nice and we enjoyed it immensely. Grocery, restaurants and stores were all close by. Neighborhood seemed to be safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful visit

House exactly as described. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool all week and it’s in a great central neighborhood in Venice. Close to multiple beaches and would stay again!

Awesome Venice vacation house

We've been coming to Florida often over the last 10 years and this is by far our favourite vrbo rental place we stayed at. There was plenty of space for a family of five. The house layout is great. Fully furnished, beautifully staged, modern appliances, kitchen had all cookware and everything you need for good cooking experience. Kids loved the swimming pool. The house is 10 min drive to Venice Beach. It truly felt like home. We would love to come back for our future vacations in the area. Thank you to the owner for the wonderful experience!!

Owner is difficult to work with and there is no heated pool!

The home was nice but we had a major issue after checkout. The toilet handle was rusted and had to manually flush toilet each time. This was reported to owner prior to checkout and we were charged for damage. Also, shower drain was very slow and home advertised as having a heated pool but only had a solar cover. Will not rent again due to owner.

Great place to stay. Loved the area!

Very nice home, clean and updated. Well equiped with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. The only downfall for us was the mattresses on the beds. We didn't mind the mattresses being low as in one of the previous reviews. I thought the height was great but 3 out of the 4 of us have back issues so we had difficulty sleeping more than 5 - 6 hours a night. That is the only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5. Very nice home. Thank you Igor for a very pleasant stay!

Great Vacation Home

We really liked this home and rented it for a month. It was big and clean and was in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood. The pool and outdoor living space was a great place to relax and enjoy the fantastic Florida weather. We would like to rent this home again except for one thing and that is the beds. The two spare bedrooms did not have bed frames so the box springs and mattress sat right on the floor. The master bedroom had a frame but did not have a box spring so the bed was hard to make and was also very low to the ground. None of the beds had any kind of anti bacterial pillow covers and there was only one mattress pad for all three beds. Other than this situation I do recommend this house.
