Spacious and elegantly designed, the villa offers 6 bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and modern amenities to ensure a restful stay. It also offers 5 full bathrooms inside the house, 1 exterior half bathroom with outside shower by the pool, and 2 half bathrooms in the barn (rented separately).

Separate Barn/Private Events Area (NOT Included with House Rental- Subject to Owners Approval and Additional Event Fee).

Barn Renting (available in Nov. 2024):
- Barn is an enclosed, cozy space of approx. 1200 sq ft, located on the backyard of the house, with independent AC, Wi-Fi, TV, sofas and other furniture. - Room for dance floor or dining tables/ Accommodates between 50 and 75 people (Event Fee Apply)
- Counter with sink, refrigerator, icemaker/ Two-half bathrooms (Men & Women)
- Price is $400 per night i addition to House price - only if no Event or extra visitors. Must rent for the whole stay. Only for use of the number of guests allowed in the stay (max. 20)
- This does not cover Events or additional visitors on the property.

Events Fee:
- $3000 per event for up to 75 people. Event Fee will include the use of the Barn (available in Nov. 2024).
- Music allowed extra hours until 2:00 AM during the night of the Event.

Kindly be aware, for your safety and the protection of the property, multiple security cameras are discreetly positioned to cover all exterior areas of the house. They are in operation at all times, yet are solely focused on outdoor spaces, respecting your privacy within the home. Locations include, but are not limited to, all angles of the property's exterior, the pool, and common areas. Their function is purely for security, offering peace of mind and safekeeping during your stay.

Our Home Undergoes Rigorous Cleaning and Sanitization According to CDC Standards. Our Dedicated Team Conducts Pre-Stay Inspections to Ensure an Impeccable Experience for You.

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure

Please ensure the propane tank valve is closed, and the BBQ pit is turned off completely after use to prevent any gas leakage or accidents.
