Peaceful vacation

Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town!

What a great spot! Stayed here for my son’s graduation weekend from Syracuse. Far enough from the school that we could relax between events but close enough and easy driving to get to the ceremonies. Perfect setting for the family to be together. Bought some groceries the even g we arrived so we could have food for breakfast and lunch or snacks. Highly recommend!

Great spot outside Syracuse

We were very pleased with the vacation home. The large home is located on/near a golf course. We had a small dog with us and the large yard was great to walk our dog around. The home was very spacious for our family of 4. It was also very clean, which I appreciated! The refrigerator was spotless, looked as clean as a brand new fridge. The Kitchen/bathrooms/floors were very clean also. The house came fully stocked for our stay: there were many towels placed in each bathroom, with many extra towels in the drawers/cabinet. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, hand lotion, and tissues were placed in the bathrooms. The refrigerator also came stocked with water bottles for us. There were extra dishes, paper products, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and softener sheets. They seemed to have thought of everything we would need for our stay away from home. We received an email from the host 2 days prior to our visit and we received all information needed for a seamless arrival and stay. There is a beautiful small park/large waterfall just minutes away from the home. The home is also about 25 minutes away from Syracuse. We would definitely recommend staying at this home on your next vacation.

An Unforgettable Family Thanksgiving Retreat in Jamesville, NY.

We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for our family at this home, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The host was gracious and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which made our arrival seamless. Everything about the home exceeded our expectations. The pantry was thoughtfully stocked with spices, fresh condiments, and other essentials, and the refrigerator even had bottled water ready for us. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the golf course and a serene pond. It provided the perfect backdrop for our holiday gathering. We were thrilled to be able to bring our Cane Corso, Apollo, who had a wonderful time running around in the spacious yard. The location was also very convenient, with a Dollar General and other stores just a few miles away. This made it easy to pick up any last-minute items for Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood was so peaceful and tranquil, and the home itself was cozy, fresh-smelling, and well-prepared. There were plenty of linens, toiletries, and even over-the-counter medications available, which showed great attention to detail. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a Level 1 or Level 2 EV charger to the home, as more individuals are driving electric vehicles. That said, I still give this property a 10 out of 10. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning night sky. With no light pollution, we could see the stars and constellations clearly—it was absolutely magical.
