Welcome to your serene and private retreat! This guest room is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a queen-sized bed, a private fridge, and a microwave. It also includes a dedicated office desk and a private bathroom for your needs. Guests can enjoy a separate entrance along with keyless access through a provided code for ease of entry.
Please note that while the guest room does not include a kitchen or an in-room washer and dryer. These facilities(washer and dryer) are available on the other side of the home. If you need access, feel free to ask the host. However, please be aware that only three rounds of laundry are allowed for both the washer and dryer.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and relax with easy phone-to-TV streaming. For your comfort, the room includes AC, heat, and hot water. The smoke-free space also offers plenty of personal storage. Laundry facilities are available on-site, shared with other residents.
You'll have free parking on-site or the option of street parking, along with easy access to local amenities. We’re close to UCHealth at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital, Stanley Marketplace, Central Park, and more. Downtown Denver is just a short trip away, and nearby bus lines make getting around simple.

I love how everything is within reach—great dining options, public transportation, and even scenic areas for a relaxing walk. Plus, being close to places like a landmark or area, like the UCHealth facilities, downtown Denver, or Central Park makes it ideal for both work and leisure.
