Tiene dos habitaciones privadas con puertas con cerradura, baño privado, amplia sala de estar, cocina con microondas, tostadora, refrigerador y muchas comodidades. ¡Estamos a solo 20 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto y a 27 minutos del centro de la ciudad ya solo 10 minutos a pie del centro comercial!

The Worest customer we ever had. We will never accommodate her again. She broke 2 of our house rules (smoked in the premises and brought a pet) and damaged our property. We asked her to leave the property after consulting with home away customer service agent.

Places was excellent for my whole family. It’s quite and clean. Has all the needs very close by. Host was very welcoming and quick to respond on queries. I would stay again in future if available.

Nice place but read review for details

Stayed for a week as my daughter played in the Sparkler softball tournament. Worked great for us-- close to fields good location for groceries and restaurants. When renting this I knew the owner and family lived upstairs from other reviews. We were hardly there as gone most all the days playing ball-- but will say you can hear them upstairs as they have children that you can hear as well. This didn't bother us so much.. but I can see that it could likely bother other people as they are the ages where they run everywhere and there is crying. You can hear their voices and in some rooms hear their mumbled conversations. Kids Usually were in bed by 11pm and they did not seem to be early risers. Here are some other things to be aware of: No washcloths -- had hand towels and bath towels (three each) Two forks only in the whole kitchen The beds (both of them) squeak-- really bad-- I think it may be the frames-- literally turning over at night would wake me up from the unusual sounds the frame and mattress would make. Just me and my daughter and a teammate stayed.. literally if a couple stayed -- everyone would know your business.. Shower pressure low The backyard for a lack of better description-- is a mess-- they have a nice deck but joined to the back of their kitchen area --no furniture on it so you wouldn't really use it anyway. There was old couches and old furniture strung out all over the backyard. Was overgrown and slightly looked like the pictures but by no means would you be able to sit back there or enjoy the backyard. We had no use for the backyard but wanted to comment about this as many of their pictures had backyard photos. You have no thermostat control -- the temperature was fine for us but I assume they control the settings. We drove 13 hours to get there and they called 2 hours before check in and wanted to delay the time some-- we went to the store first but was tired from driving so was a little put off that they delayed check in. The owner was very responsive with any concerns or issues we had-- had heavy rains one eve and the drain outside of door was covered with a mat and water came in under the door-- she responded quickly. Parking was great on the street or had a spot in the driveway but we didn't use as driveway on incline. Washer and dryer a must for us and was used daily Had staples which was nice-- extra toilet paper - Tracy bags- paper towels some spices sugar coffee etc It is updated and clean

Great apartment in n a great location ☺️

Pros: This apartment is in a great location-20 mins from airport, located closely to grocery stores, restaurants and very close to interstates that you can travel easily to all of the main attractions to do multiple snow related activities . The owner Ake is fantastic and was very accommodating to us- we arrived early and he kept in contact with us while the apartment was being cleaned, as to when we could check in earlier than the 3 pm check in and we appreciated that since we had left our hometown at 2am to catch our early flight. Cons: I would suggest them making the area between the apartment ceiling and the floor upstairs more soundproof. They have small children and it seems like they ran back and forth all day from the time they woke up until they went to bed. So on days we wanted to sleep in, it was impossible. I would also suggest updating the pictures of the patio area featured on the Air B and B website .. we were excited about possible sitting out on days when it was possible to have coffee, but the patio didn’t look like the pictures .. I realize things have to be winterized but we were a little disappointed.

This property served as the perfect base to enable us to do some house hunting in the denver area. It had everything we needed and at a good price. The homeowner was very friendly and accomodating.

Very clean, well decorated basement apartment, close to many attractions. Great base for visiting Denver, Colorado Spring, ski resorts. Kind owner, enjoyed our stay.

Visiting my Daughter

Never experienced a Home Away or other services beside a hotel before. Loved the privacy and all the amenities the apartment offered. Owners were so accommodating with an early check in request and late check out as well. Very clean and comfortable place, looking forward to my next visit to Colorado!! Thanks for everything!

In Denver for a Lacrosse tournament

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom basement apartment. Low ceilings, which was fine for me personally, but my 5’10 son is very near to the ceiling in some areas. Small bathroom with a large shower. Stove/oven, full size refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. One frying pan and a pizza pan, but no pizza cutter. My son heard what he interpreted as stomping from above, but to me it sounded like the pitter patter of adorable little feet. Comfortable beds and especially nice pillows. Good parking in this nice neighborhood. Broom, but no dustpan. We enjoyed our visit to Denver and would stay here again.

Nice Property

Pros: Nice neighborhood Clean Modern Good amenities Cons: Can hear owners living upstairs (though they are conscious to keep noise minimal) Room Temperatures not maintainable by thermostat. Can open windows or use provided space heaters as needed. Was not an issue for us ....just an observation.

GREAT PLACE !!!!!!!

Very nice place Quiet up scale neighborhood . our flight in was canceled due to snow storm we let them know we would arrive a day later after we got there i got a text msg from Ike,Tina saying my first day would be refunded WOW i did not expect that and on our last day we ask what time check out was because we had a late flight and they said check out time is 11:00 but we don't have anyone coming in till tomorrow so stay as long as you like THANK YOU I GIVE YOU 10 STARS Tom s

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay, just outside Denver. It is close to the airport and the interstate, as well as anything you would want to do. The neighborhood is quiet. The hosts are super helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone!

This place is a jewel!

The hosts have put a lot of thought into creating a relaxing, lovely environment. Upon entering we were greeted by the soothing scent of lavender, a flowing color scheme and nice decore. The bedrooms are spaced at separate ends of the apartment, offering privacy, with a comfortable living room in between. Both bedrooms are a great size, have large closets, and very comfortable beds. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen offers ample space for making meals. The bathroom walk-in shower is fabulous. The hosts were readily available to answer questions via messaging. Our family had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this property.
