Great place and location

Had a very nice time and caught one of the largest bass I have ever caught in the lake.. Took a pic and released for it to get bigger the next time I go back

Nice stay in Florida

I enjoyed the home it was fairly clean. The view off the lake is awesome especially at sunset. My one complaint is the ants they were in the bathrooms. Other than that it was a beautiful home. My one other suggestion is for them to add a grill to the amenities it would have been nice to grill while at the pool!

Property listing falsely advertised

House is not luxary as stated in listing. Appliances are from the 80's and dryer had to be run 3 times for clothes to dry and Microwave barely heats food. We paid for a pool to be heated at the last minute but was never informed it was nonrefundable and pool never heated to desired temp. Spa never got hot and both were never used the 10 nights we were there and instructions for the spa were never given until 2 days before we left. House seemed clean upon arrival but after sweeping the floors before we left, we found peanuts behind the trash can that were not from us. Management is friendly and responds quickly but almost comes off sassy with words like "as we expected"

Our maintenance team has been notified of the dryer and microwave situation in the home. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for reporting it. Please be assured we have addressed the cleaning concern most harshly with the housekeeping team and sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered. Doris, it is truly unfortunate to hear about the difficulties you had operating the spa heating. Our records show our pool technician was sent to help and he found the pool/spa heat to be in working order. We explained, to heat the spa, turn on the timer/jet switch, located on the outside wall next to the pool screen. When the timer is active, the spa will continue to heat until the timer stops. When it stops, the warm spa water will return into the swimming pool. The pool temperature was measured at 87.2 Fahrenheit which reasonably may have felt much cooler because of the cold weather conditions we were experiencing at the time. We are truly disappointed you were not entirely satisfied with the pool/spa heating and regret the inconvenience you experienced. It is always our intent to provide great value for the price. Going forward, we’ll strive to better every guest’s experience and hope you will give us another opportunity should you return. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Decent

There was no check-in process. I was at the property several hours without access or entry to the house. However, I was able to contact someone at property management who then assisted me. I did not have an issue thereafter for the duration of stay. The property was decent. The house supplied our needs. Pool was a bonus. Kids loved. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. My family had a great time.

Kissimmee get away

I have stayed in these vacation homes 3x during this pandemic. Loved the home, it just needs a little update on the furniture, but other than we loved it.

Disappointed

I chose this house because of it being close to my daughter. I knew it would be an older home due to the pictures but expected it to be clean and useable. I was very disappointed. I spent 2 hours disinfecting after I found beard hairs on n the bathroom counter. No response from the management team until after checkout when they complained that I had only returned the one key that had been left for me.
