Had a great time! Could use a few more cups and a larger pot or two for preparing meals. Host was very friendly and welcoming and was readily available. Location was peaceful and we saw a few dolphin from the pier. We plan to stay here again on a return trip later this year hopefully.

This was a wonderful, gated site. The place was spotlessly clean, close to attractions, quiet, and the owers were very attentive to any questions. Simple checkin and checkout process. I would recommend this to anyone looking forna relaxing vrbo experience.

I came down for a funeral, but ended up having a BLAST! This place is great, safe, clean, and close to beaches! Owners are quick to reply and checked on me each day to make sure things were going well! Absolutely loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and completely updated. The saltwater pool was amazing—so refreshing with a million-dollar view of the Indian River. The long dock and seating area gave us everything we love about being by the water, but without the sand!We especially enjoyed the quiet intimacy of the small complex, the security of a gated entrance, and the overall peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem.Would definitely stay again—highly recommend!

We absolutely love the set up! We came to relax and see family! We did it all. Mike and Christine were so welcoming, and attentive. We will definitely be back! Our senior pup was not stressed at all, which made it really nice for us. Fishing at the end of the dock was wonderful. John was in heaven. We highly recommend The Cozy Pineapple to anyone looking for a clean, up to date, relaxing place! Close to good food also. F&M Pizza is 5 minutes away, and their pizza is VERY good. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to the next time!Take care,Tina & John

Getting on the property and into the unit was easy breezy with passcode. The place was just as shown in the images on the app, Pristine and clean and beautiful. We felt very safe & secure parked behind the locked fence to the property The Queen bed & pillows were super comfortable as was the couch.The kitchen and full-size fridge was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there because we were with our family nearby, but we will definitely be back and plan to utilize all the amenities this beautiful property offers, especially the salt water pool. We did enjoy our morning cup of coffee on the end of the dock which was lovely, very scenic including a beautiful breeze. Mike and Christina are awesome hosts,who live on the property & very quick to reapond to any questions! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

A perfect slice of heaven

Christine and Michael’s riverfront property is a little slice of heaven. Our unit was clean and just as described. Our boys enjoyed the beautiful pool…it was one of their highlights of our trip! From their dock, we saw dolphins and manatees each day. Christine and Michael were there to answer any questions we had, and welcomed us warmly to their property. We highly recommend this property to couples and families looking to getaway from the busy-ness of the surrounding area, but yet having the possibility all of the area beaches and attractions at your fingertips if and when you want them!
