Welcome to OTAH! We are your old town adventure hub in Fort Collins with easy access to the amenities of northern Colorado. OTAH is located in beautiful Old Town West surrounded by towering trees, calm streets, and friendly neighbors. If you like it quiet and you're quiet too, OTAH is a the perfect choice for your visit!
Built in 2004, OTAH is a modern, spacious, and comfortable home in Fort Collins' premier historic neighborhood. OTAH is central and close to everything fun!
- A 10 minute stroll past the grand homes of Mountain Avenue to the restaurants, shops, festivals, and fountains of downtown
- A 16 minute drive through farmland to the mouth of scenic Poudre Canyon
- A 6 minute bike ride west to City Park, 6 minutes south to CSU campus, or 6 minutes north to the famous 45-mile long Poudre River Trail
- Across the street to the start of the Lightning Mini Golf course, an Old Town favorite.
- Down the block to the historic Fort Collins Trolley and parades on Mountain Avenue.
Or just chill at OTAH with board games in the family room, ping pong and fitness in the rec room, croquet in the back yard, or basketball on the driveway. Grill your dinner on the natural gas grill, on the back patio in the shade of a 100 year old maple tree.
A 2-car garage, driveway, and on-street parking provide plenty of space for your vehicles. You will have A/C, wifi, streaming TV, fully appointed kitchen, and everything you would expect in a home away from home. And you will have the entire 195 foot long property to yourselves!

- Bedroom 2: queen bed, dresser, closet, full bath.

I'm a Colorado native and tech professional that thrives on adventure travel and outdoor fitness. I had a vision back in the 1990s for old town living in Fort Collins. Since then I have gradually built Old Town Adventure Hub to be a comfortable property in a great location and full of amenities for friends and visitors.

Old Town West is a unique historic neighborhood for it's proximity to downtown restaurants and shops while still having residential appeal. The streets and sidewalks are wide, quiet, and inviting for leisurely strolls and bike rides. You can access parks and downtown amenities without negotiating road traffic.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Old Town Adventure Hub is unique as a modern while architecturally appropriate home in a location where most homes were built more than 100 years ago. OTAH is in an especially pleasant location adjacent to the grand homes and trolley cars of Mountain Avenue. The 4th of July and Tour de Fat parades pass by on Mountain Avenue. From Loomis & Mountain 1/2 block away you can board a trolley to City Park for a swim or picnic. There are three local grocers within a walk or short bike ride from OTAH: Fresh Foods, Lucky's, and Mountain Avenue Market. Or just take a 10 minute stroll to the center of downtown for shopping and dining.
