You have your own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space and lounge chairs.
Fully equipped laundry room and high speed free (of course) wi-fi.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
The pool heating is $35 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $175 plus taxes which includes up to the first 5 nights of heating.
Where pool heat is booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an additional activation fee may apply.
We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use outside of the screened pool area.

Important Booking Notes:
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home.
All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' once booked and also must confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property. Child names (not ages) are required for entrance into the community and facilities. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’).
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those residing within 20 miles of the property). This supports our no party commitment. However, family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are always welcome!

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

- Are the pools heated year round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
- What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. Occasional exceptions may apply
- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly.

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily. Occasional exceptions may apply.
- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily. Occasional exceptions may apply.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
