The home is stocked with a standard set of cookware and kitchen items designed to support large groups while still maintaining an organized and uncluttered kitchen space. In addition, we do maintain a hospitality closet with extra kitchen supplies and household items, and we would have been happy to provide additional cookware or utensils had we known they were needed during your stay. Since your stay, we have implemented a new centralized communication system for calls, texts, and emails so that multiple team members now receive and monitor guest messages simultaneously. This added redundancy helps ensure situations like this do not happen again moving forward. Regarding towels, we do provide each guest with a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth as part of our standard setup. We also understand that depending on group size and usage, some guests may prefer additional linens during longer stays, and feedback like yours helps us continue evaluating ways to improve the guest experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding cookware and winter conditions. Guest feedback is invaluable as we continue refining operations, inventory, and communication processes. Lakeview Luxe Estate was intentionally designed as a group-focused home with multiple gathering and entertainment areas throughout the property, including the game room, theater spaces, and the entire third floor, which is dedicated to group entertaining with the kitchen, dining area, and theater all overlooking the Deep Creek area and mountain views. The kitchen and primary gathering space are located on the upper level specifically to maximize the panoramic views, which is one of the features many guests enjoy most. That said, we do understand that for some guests—particularly those for whom stairs may present a challenge—the layout can feel less convenient than a more traditional floor plan. Feedback regarding the layout and accessibility is relatively rare for us, as spacious group gathering areas are typically one of the areas where the home receives particularly strong reviews, but we still appreciate hearing your perspective as it helps us better communicate the home’s unique design and layout to future guests prior to booking.
