Perfect place to stay for attending weddings, relaxing & fun events on Nantucket. Enjoy a winter getaway or Book early for summer 2026! You will enjoy incredible panoramic views of conservation land, from this lovely 2nd floor condo, that includes views of creeks and Nantucket Harbor. Lots of beautiful birds, ducks & egrets enjoy the surrounding marsh. This quaint condo includes one bedroom that is furnished with a queen bed and a single trundle bed and one full bath that is well appointed. Relax on the spacious deck with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. A full kitchen is equipped for all your needs and many updated items such as granite counter tops & oak floors. A perfect spot for some downtime or remote work. Or if you are needing a place to stay whole working on a project. AC/Heat & Wifi all available! There are 2 appointed parking spots for cars on the left side of the building. Property is just outside of town to enjoy some quiet time, but a short 15 minute walk to town to the many fine restaurants, shops on Main Street & Nantucket Harbor *Condo is a separate top unit of property (please see photos) with external stairs. Please inquire about long term stays in the off season.

This property comes as advertised - great walkable location into town and stunning views of the harbor and marsh from inside and out. The space was so comfortable , bright and sunny. Elizabeth made everything so easy from the minute we booked until we departed. We have done many rentals and hotels on the island over the years and this is definitely a 10 and a repeat on our list!

A bright, thoroughly clean condo. All rooms had new, fully functioning modern amenities, including a sunny back deck with comfortable chairs and table for two. Location is off a busy street but this is completely offset by a stunning view of the lower Nantucket harbor and moors. The sunrise is yours to keep daily. The stars at night are breathtaking. The location of the condo on the island fits any weather, any mood: some of Nantucket's best beaches and historical sites are no more than 10 minutes away from the location of the condo. Want to go downtown and see what's happening? It is a 5 minute walk away. All major bike paths to anywhere on the island are only a few minutes away. A quick convenience store is across the street, a nearby grocery store is not far. Really enjoyed our stay in every way

This space was perfect for my husband and I for a weekend getaway. We brought our bikes and enjoyed easy access to town and the beaches, especially with the bikes. The host was quick to respond to a request to get into the property early. The absolute best part of this property was sitting on the deck and watching the most beautiful sunrises over Nantucket Harbor. We will return!

This was a fantastic location and condo. The views were exceptional. Everything was fresh and new. It was close to downtown. Because it's on a curve on a main road, there was one area that made it a little tricky to walk, but once we figured out to cross over to the sidewalk on the other side for a house or two, then back to the walking path, we were very comfortable walking into town multiple times a day. The host was very quick to respond to questions and was accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Such a quaint little apartment in a great location with a beautiful view. It was the perfect spot for two of us. Everything was clean, and the owner was really responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Peaceful setting with great view.

Visiting my adult son who is a lifeguard there. He joined me during the stay. We loved the view from the deck and he enjoyed benefiting from my use of the kitchen!
