Dog friendly, private 4 bed, 5 bath house fully furnished with you and your guests in mind! With each bedroom having their own bathroom, this relaxing getaway is located in the quiet section of Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach - just a 6 minute walk to the beach and even less to the neighborhood playground Yow Park and Barefoot Landing - where restaurants, bars and shops await you. Take a stroll around these quiet, tree lined streets and take advantage of all North Myrtle has to offer!

Come enjoy our 4 bedroom 5 bathroom home, where each bedroom has their own private bath! Outside you will find the newly finished 5th bathroom and around the side of the house is the outdoor shower, where you can rinse off after a long day at the beach. End your day with a relaxing evening on the screened-in porch to watch the beautiful sunset or walk on over to Barefoot Landing for some food, drinks, and entertainment.

The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.

Our pet fee is $150 for the duration of your stay (max 2 dogs allowed on property). Please be sure to reach out before booking if you have any dogs coming on your trip.
- Age of person booking must be at least 25 years and must be one of the guests. No one under 25 may stay unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
-Booking person must stay in the unit the entire duration. Third party bookings (booking for someone else) is not permitted
- Only registered guests allowed on property
- No smoking of ANY substance is permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
- No loud noises or music after 10pm; No parties or large gatherings
- Only registered pets are allowed
- Max 2 pets (no pets on furniture)
- Please crate animals when not home
- Pick up any solid waste from pets in the yard
- No moving of furniture
- Max of 5 vehicles
- No motorcycles
- No parking on grass
- Please leave the house as you found it

POOL & SPA RULES

Mandatory quiet hours 10pm - 9am
Swim at own risk
No Lifeguard on duty
Do not leave children unattended
No pets allowed in pool or spa
No running, diving, or rough play
No glass in or near the pool
No food in pool
Pool toys only
Use the bathroom, not the pool

There is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for heating the pool. You must contact the host at least 2 days in advance to enable this feature. The pool can be heated May through October only- depending on outside temps (no heating option November through April due to outside temperatures). The Spa and Hot Tub can be used all year round. Please also note that if the pool is being heated, the heater will turn off when the spa is turned on.
