Great place to stay

Owner was fantastic throughout everything. The house was clean and had so many things for both the adults and kids to do. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Very nice and clean house

Great house by Twin lake. Walk distance to lake. The house are very spacious and all furniture are very good and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. The owner is very responsible. Will come back. Strong recommend.

Great house and location

Our family if 12 enjoyed the house. Lots of space and lots if games to keep the kids occupied. We felt the best thing about the house was it’s location. It is close to the beach , a boat launch and a park . The grandkids especially enjoyed fishing from the pier and swimming at the beach. We were there during the week and found it very easy to social distance during the Covid pandemic. We had a great time!

Perfect for our group

The open layout of the house and all the amenities (i.e., games, outdoor grill, huge garage) were perfect for our group. While the house is not directly on the lake, we took advantage of it's close proximity. The owner was very accessible and helpful before and during the stay.

Tim has a great home here.

We really enjoyed our stay here near Powers Lake. This is a really nice, large house that fit our family very well. Nice yard and Excellent location, near the beach and boat launch. (No boat parking, you have to pull out each night.) We had a little issue with cleanliness but Tim was very responsive to any issue or question that we had. You will enjoy your stay here.

Good place to stay if you have large family or company with 10+ people

good stay, nice fishing and beach near by (2-3 min walk) It does have 3 security cams that we had to unplug and I let the owner know that this needs to be communicated ahead off time to the renters

We enjoyed the togetherness. The accommodations were more than adequate .

Unfortunately we will have to look for something that caters to the handicapped. Too many steps and showers were rather small to accommodate my husband.

Excellent home owner

We had a wonderful stay! My brother is 6’4” so the small hallway shower was quite small for him. Other than that we enjoyed the large kitchen/family room tremendously.

A wonderful house with an amazing owner/host

Tim is such a hands on property host/manager. He reached out to me well in advance, and we had a great conversation on the phone. Prior to arriving at his amazing house, he gave me lots of great suggestions and tips for what to pack and not pack. While there, he gave suggestions for restaurants, places to visit, the best corn in Wisconsin, etc. We were in contact throughout much of my trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My family loved the house. It is huge! All the amenities for adults, tennis and children. Thanks Tim!

Everything as advertised

House was perfect for our group of 10. Layout was great. Rooms are large and the 5 bathrooms are something you rarely see in rentals. Short walk to the beach for swimming and fishing. Owner was extremely helpful before and during visit. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Get-Away

We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend to others! We had our 5 kids (ages 17-20) with us and we had things to keep us busy all the time, whether we were at the beach, downtown Lake Geneva, or just hanging at the house. The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the nice backyard and games. Tim was great in helping us plan and stayed connected during our stay too, whenever me we needed him. We would definitely like to stay again!!! 😊

Memorial Day Weekend

This was a great spot to have a mini vacation at. Quite and friendly neighbors with a beautiful lake view! I would highly recommend it. Tim was also extremely great and quick to answer our questions.

Our time spent at Powers Lake was nothing less than perfect!

Tim was amazing to work with from the very beginning as we navigated through these complicated times with the coronavirus. With not knowing if we were going to make the trip work - we are so happy we did as the time away was exactly what we all needed. The house was spacious and all the bedrooms large enough to accommodate multiple families with multiple pack-n-plays and sleeping room for all. The large living spaces also made it feel like we were not all on top of each other. Two items I feel I have to share: 1) don’t let the fact you are not on the lake deter you. It is a few steps away and so easy to go back and forth to the public swimming area so the kids (and adults) can enjoy some beach and swim time. We decided to rent a pontoon boat from Uncle Ed’s Catering and was able to experience the “lake life” with ease of dropping off and picking up from the public boat launch. 2) Tim (the owner) had found out the coffee maker was broken from the previous renters - and before we knew it - we woke up the next morning with a brand new coffee maker at our doorstep. He went above and beyond and just speaks to him as a person! We loved our time at Powers Lake and everyone we met was incredibly welcoming and friendly. This will for sure be a future vacation spot for us and wouldn’t think twice about staying anywhere else but at Tim’s property again.

Has everything you need!

Our family had a great time. Tim was so responsive and welcoming. He was full of information about the property and location. The "extras" that the house provided were great. So easy for people of all ages to stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the pleasure of renting from July 10-15 for a family get together with our 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 5 grandchildren. It was the perfect choice with more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate the group and, outside, a beautiful, spacious patio area equipped with patio table, extra seating, and gas grill in a lush, private back yard. Tim was gracious and very helpful with answering questions beforehand, and he also followed up as we settled in to make sure that everything was in order - it was! The large and well-appointed home is lovely and tastefully furnished, and the basement is ready for “rainy day” activities with tv/video games, pool table, air shuffle board game, and toys for children of all ages. We were fortunate with great weather during our stay, and Powers Lake public beach/park area is just steps away from the house. The large windows in the living/kitchen/dining areas provided the perfect showcase in the evenings to watch the many fireflies around the house and yard - very charming! The location is ideal, with a full grocery store and restaurants nearby, and with Lake Geneva just a few minutes away. This experience exceeded our hopes and expectations on all fronts, and we give the property and Tim Divane our highest rating. Thanks so much Tim - we’ll be back! Bernie and Patty L.

Perfect family home

We loved staying at this property! With multiple families staying here we all were able to enjoy all it had. Eating together in the large kitchen Or having dinner outside, the open concept kept us all together. The rooms were nice and we were able to have our own space if needed. Highly recommend!! We definitely would love to plan another family or friend trip here again!
