The home is ADA-compliant and inclusive with ground floor access, kitchen and dining, and bedrooms. When you’re ready to find some shade, the outdoor palapa and bar is just the spot. The high-top chairs and built-in tables designed for enjoying afternoon cocktails will make you feel as though you’re in the middle of the Caribbean! Ready to spice things up a bit? The garage has been converted into a game room complete with a ping pong table and pool table. Additionally, the second floor lanai gives you a peek at the ocean plus a view out towards 11th Street where you can stay up to date on the action and easily access restaurants and bars.



After exploring all these amazing outdoor spaces, the indoors will serve as the perfect relaxing retreat. The open floor plan on the ground level offers a wealth of space, seamlessly transitioning one room to the next and ensuring that everyone stays at the center of the action. Plush leather sofa seating in the living room surrounds a large smart TV, creating an immersive scene for a late-night movie. The generous, modern kitchen features glossy countertops and stainless steel appliances, inclusive of a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware for all your mealtime needs. Gather the group around the dining room table with seating for 10 for formal meals or a rousing night of games. Additional high-top seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen counter for quick bites and appetizers alike. The second floor also invites you into another living space with comfy couches, smart TV, and view out onto the spacious lanai. Bedroom #3 includes 2 bunk beds, the first with twin over twin mattress and the second with twin over full. The room also has a smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees.

- Please also note that additional fees will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

- Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.

- The shared pool that is reserved for homes in this area is a short walk from the driveway and just down the street.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Pet friendly however the pet fee is NOT included in this booking! If you are bringing a pet, please note that there is an additional pet fee of $60 for up to 2 nights with increasing fees per night for longer stays that is not included in your final booking cost. Please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid any additional fees, please notify us that you will have your pet(s) during your stay, keep them on a leash and clean up after them.
