This 1,900 sqft residence features a spacious backyard with a deck and lounge area, creating a tranquil retreat in the heart of the city.

Inside, you'll find a sophisticated main living room overlooking the lush backyard, a secondary living area with Brooklyn streetscape views, and a dining room with a custom-made table. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a wine fridge. The outdoor space includes a 1,500-square-foot landscaped yard with a pergola, outdoor living room, and gas grill. The primary suite features a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower, a walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer, while a spacious second bedroom and a second full bath complete this residence.

To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The Neighborhood:
Prospect Heights is a mellow Brooklyn neighborhood of brownstones and luxury condos, anchored by cultural institutions like the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum. It's home to a deeply rooted Caribbean-American community. High-profile music and sports events at the Barclays Center draw a diverse crowd, which overflows to the craft cocktail bars and hip eateries on Vanderbilt and Washington avenues.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking and fireplace usage will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
