This unit is located on the first floor and has amazing panoramic views of the ocean. You also have a front seat view to the pool right from the balcony. Inside, you will find this unit very spacious and accommodating. You will have all your basic needs so that you can enjoy much needed R&R in a home away from home. Keurig coffee maker is available for guest use. Sea Colony has it's very own private beach access, grill areas, and a community pool. Please note that the pool is available from Mid April - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Equipped with 2 Smart TV's (Cable is provided on the living room TV only).

Parking: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces / Tandem / Under the building. Gas powered Golf carts allowed - NOT electric - same parking rules as vehicle, must park in the carport with parking pass on dashboard or window.
