Very clean and great location

This unit has been remodeled and is very clean. Please understand, it is only about 800 square feet, so it is pretty small. It is a 6 minute drive to the beach and ten minutes to Mercato. The pickleball courts have a really bad surface, so pretty unplayable. The workout room is really bad, but LA Fitness is a ten minute drive. The pool is sufficient and the restaurant is good. Overall, I would recommend the unit if you don't mind something very small. The location is just really ideal and the unit is very clean.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

Traveled to Naples with my 80 year old mother to visit my brother and his family, chose Park Shore for its close proximity to his condo as well as the beach & shops. My mom has mobility issues which was my main reason for choosing this specific condo, it was newly renovated with an easily accessible shower for her. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable without being full of unnecessary objects to potentially cause a trip up. The decor was light and airy, just what you’d want in a Florida vacation rental. The sparkling new appliances, all the chef’s essentials, and bright open concept kitchen encouraged home cooking. The beds were like sleeping on a cozy cloud, which mom loved! A wall mounted tv in each room was a plus but we spent most of our time relaxing in the screened lanai with our feet up in outdoor recliners looking out over the pond. The beach equipment left by the owners was top notch and much appreciated. We really felt at home and hated to leave!!

Lovely Naples Condo

Fully appointed, with a fresh decor, this renovated condo had everything we needed. It's a five minute drive from the beach and close to the Venetian Village Shopping area, with its restaurants on the canal. Hogfish Harry's, on the premises was a fun place to dine, as well.

Lovely location with nice amenities

Easy location with a beautiful pool, good restaurant, a fun pickleball group that welcomes new people, nice screened in porches. Quiet as far a residents. Construction noise begins at 8 am but we were usually up and doing other things.

All needs met!

Condo was just what we needed. Location was fantastic. Just 5 minutes to Naples public beach access and fantastic restaurants. Unit was clean and cool when we arrived. Furnishings were just fine for our group. Had to text management for an issue with a tub not draining, but Vince came promptly, and resolved the situation. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Lovely Naples condo

Have been vacationing in Naples for 20 years. This is by far the best location, best amenities and best pool. The condo is clean and well equipped. Nice family oriented resort.

Just Ducky!

The unit was nicely appointed and clean. Being a ground floor end unit is nice, as you are not stuck between two other units, and you can walk out the back door. We had no issues with noise from the next unit or the one above. The restaurant is quite good for a "poolside" location. Although I would reserve in advance (even for lunch) during the high season. You will not get in for dinner without a reservation on Resy.com. Nice pool, 6 pickleball courts with plenty of people to play with. And the black ducks on the property keep any bugs in check!

Excellent location!

This place had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat and the restaurant on property is unassuming but has fabulous service and food. Call ahead if you want in for dinner as they are booked a few weeks out. We happened to get lucky and get in. The lanai recliners and living room chairs are super comfy for enjoying your coffee-wine etc. The owners had beach chairs/towels/coolers/umbrella etc. We walked the neighborhood everyday… very safe, clean, and locals are very friendly. Another perk was that the lobby had fresh coffee every morning from 7-11am so no need to buy it while you are there. The owner checked in on us and I had only one ask, and within a few hours, they had it there waiting for us. It’s a bit dated, but don’t let that stop you from coming 😊

Park Shore Resort 1st Floor Unit

Very centralized location in Naples, near everything by car. Didn't use amenities so can't comment on those, but the property looked very nice. As others have indicated, check-in was simple and convenient (we arrived in early morning hours), it is clean, and decorated as the pictures, beds were comfortable. Items available for what you need towels, linens, dishware, etc. Items such as hotel soap, garbage bags, etc are exactly as advertised-to get you started. Washer,dryer, dishwasher were very convenient. The cleaning cost is high but it is clean! Tammy (Host)was super attentive with whatever you need, call/text away. Would stay again.

Ok needs updating

The resort is simple but nice. The condo is clean, but dated, small and bedding/towels are old and the bathrooms you can barely move in. We had very old, flat pillows and very rough bedding. Showers are old with an old bath mat. No Kleenex- no area to really gang out and gather with a family of 4, just the very basics. Extra charges for any small deviation, but communication was good. Pool area is nice.

Great location: less than 1 mile to a beach; quick drive to great dining and shops in Naples; easy access to highway; Publix within walking distance. Plenty of space though smaller than pictured. Good communication to property manager.

Unit 148, Bldg H, Park Shores Resort

For the most part, unit 148 is quite comfortable, and in a good location on the ground floor. Nice flooring, upholstered LR chairs, comfortable king-size bed, nice reclining porch chairs. However, for the price we paid, perhaps there might be some improvements, such as new kitchen sink fixtures, bathtub fixtures, different curtains in the guest BR. In speaking with friends who have stayed at the resort with us over the years, it appears that our unit is considerably more expensive than others. Not sure why that is.... The only other issue we had this year - and this is because we are getting older! - is that the fountain in the moat, directly in front of our unit, runs 24/7, and is quite loud, making it difficult for my husband and me to hear one another while sitting in the porch! Nothing can be done about that, I know! We hope to stay in Unit 148 next year. T

Park Shore is Perfect!

The most convenient location in a cute little resort style setting. The apartment was clean and had e wry thing we needed. Very convenient for parking right outside the front door and access to the walkway to the pool area from the screened in porch. Anything you could possibly need in walking distance. Grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants directly next to the apartments. Lovely quiet resort area, heated pool perfect for the cooler months and lovely deck areas with grills and loungers. Thank you to the property manager Tammy for being so accommodating and helpful, we had a great stay and will certainly stay again. Hogfish Harry’s offer happy hour daily by the pool and their food inside the restaurant was our best meal in the area, definitely worth a visit.

Great Place

We’ve stayed in Park Shore previously but this was our first time at this particular unit. Loved the updated decor and in-unit washer and dryer. Tammy was responsive to us when needed and everything was great. We will be back!
