Este es un hermoso condominio con mucho espacio. El condominio está muy limpio, bien mantenido y cuenta con muchas comodidades. Tendrá una vista lateral del Océano Atlántico desde el Balcón. Este condominio de dos habitaciones recientemente actualizado tiene dos baños completos y una cocina completa. El condominio tiene capacidad para seis personas. Lavadora y secadora incluidas. Hay un televisor en cada habitación y en la sala de estar. El baño principal cuenta con una cama king size y una bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Para familias con bebés y niños pequeños, se pueden proporcionar cunas y tronas de forma gratuita (bajo petición).

Spring Break Softball Trip

We stayed at the resort / condo while our daughter's college softball team played in Florida. We were very impressed with the cleaniliness and the warm hospitality of everyone. Beach chairs and umbrellas were ready for our daughter and teammate to use on their day with families. The value of the rental was very worth it! We will look to rent again next year!

Summer holiday stay

We had no issue with our stay. The condo was just as it was described and very cozy. We had a nice view of the Kenney space station launch area and of the ocean . The beach access was very close and the pool was great as well.

Awesome choice

Booked this at last minute for spring break. Couldn’t have done better if I had planned six months ahead. The resort had something for everyone of any age. Staff was awesome. Everything in the unit was thoughtful and all was well organized. The beach is great because it’s shallow quite away out. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Fantastic beach access, staff was attentive and courteous. Living space was large and everything needed was provided. Pool was nice but often crowded. Restaurants, stores, ice cream very close. Would come back.

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time! The property was beautiful, our condo was perfect! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We will be planning our next Florida vacation soon - and we will be booking our stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach.

Great amenities

Really nice resort. Only negative was the gray shirted men watching your every move. They were like the Gustapo. A bit unnerving.

They cleanest property I have ever stayed at!! The staff is warm and inviting!

Overall it was great with no complaints. I did read about requesting a room with a view early on the day of check in....I forgot, so we all we got was a view of the dunes and trees.

Probably the best vacation ever!

Our vacation in Cocoa Beach was amazing!!!! Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The condo was beautiful, with SO many fun things to do. The beach and pool was gorgeous and so relaxing. We felt very safe there! This was definitely a vacay for the books…..probably the best ever!!!!!!! We WILL be back!!!!

This is a great place

Loved the ocean view and being right in the midst of Ochoa Beach. The location and people were great. There was nothing far from the location which made it helpful with our family of 5. Spacious, clean, and the amenities were more than expected. Weight room was well stocked with a sauna. Theater room played quality movies. There is a sports equipment locker to play basketball or other games. The pool was large enough not to be bothered by other patrons. The pool bar was stocked and gave us great deals. Parking was plentiful. Great place in general, thank you for letting us stay!

Amazing resort vacay

From the moment I booked this vacation at The Resort On Cocoa Beach, it was amazing! Chris was fantastic at answering all of my questions I had before booking, as well as after booking. He also checked on us after check in to make sure everything was good! Check in was seamless. The front desk staff was so nice and very accommodating! Actually any staff we encountered was great! The resort is very clean!! I was actually really impressed with how clean everything was, I saw staff cleaning railings, elevator buttons, everything!! The resort also offers lots of activities throughout the week, and if you’re not familiar with the area, they have people that can help with information also! I love that you can choose if you want to go to the pool with tons of chaise loungers, and where there is a poolside bar that also serves food, which was also great! The bartender was also such a joy! The entire pool area was spotless. They also have days there is live music. Then the other option is going to the beach. Super easy walk along a boardwalk to get to the beach. They also have beach rentals for sale once you get down to beach. We rented 3 lounge chairs with cushions and an umbrella, for the day, which is SO worth it! So comfy! Also you pick the spot you want, and the young gentleman delivers and sets up your spot!! And then when you’re ready to leave ( or 5 pm whichever comes first ) you leave your spot and he will come back and load every up. Also if you just want to leave for a bit to have lunch , they put a reserved sign on your spot so it’s all there when you get back, just let him know. So into the condo itself- It was also fantastic!! So so clean! ( I am a stickler for clean!!) and it was perfect! The view, A M A Z I N G. I did not pay for a full on ocean front view, but you don’t even need that here! With what is considered a side view, is so much more! We could see the ocean, cruise ships in Port , and the ever on the other side of Atlantic Avenue, which actually means, we saw some beautiful sunsets. The condo itself has everything you could need, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything possible! Also a stackable full size washer and dryer! Did I mention how clean this place is? Honestly, I could go on and on about how wonderful this entire place is, but you really need to check it out for yourself! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo & resort to all of my family and friends! I can not wait to go back!!

Resort in Cocoa Beach

Clean, resort, nice pool, located near beautiful beach. My main problem was during our three week stay work was being done directly above us all day. Constant drilling, hammering, noise all day. We were not informed before we booked, during the booking process or when we checked in. I called the front desk to lodge a complaint. I was told they were working on the roof and it couldn’t be helped. Well, we should have been informed BEFORE booking a three week stay. To make this worse, I caught a bug and was sick for the last week and a half. So I was in my condo most of the day. I also found it hard to believe the work was only on the roof. There was another floor above us, 8th floor. It sounded like they were working on the unit directly above us. This should have been disclosed to us before we booked the unit. I would not book there again because of this dishonesty.

Cocoa Beach Condo

Very nice unit in a complex with excellent access to the beach, and a great pool. Nice to have the option for either. Also nice to have on site options for food, with both a restaurant, and a pool side bar from which you could order lunch at the pool. Bartender was fun, and we enjoyed the poolside band appearances and organized recreation. Convenient to be able to rent lounge chairs + umbrellas, and surfboards at the beach. Unit and rooms were very nice, with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony, with a view of the water. A good value for Cocoa Beach, especially in comparisons to hotels. A good vacation spot for families with teens or younger kids.
