The area is well-connected, with major highways nearby, making it a short drive to Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete Beach.



Situated in the heart of South Tampa, the neighborhood is known for its safety, community feel, and welcoming atmosphere. With good schools, parks, and the influence of MacDill Air Force Base nearby, it’s an ideal spot for families and professionals alike.

-Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.



• Identity Verification: Required for booking.



• Thermostat: Set to a minimum of 68°F.



• Fireplace: Not for guest use.



There are wild roosters in the area. They are protected: you could hear them day or night.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



After booking you will receive a waiver to complete. This must be completed prior to checking in.

The pool light is not set up.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.
