The community features brick paved streets, two oceanfront swimming pools & pavilion, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

The newly listed, Bellringer Cottage offer 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms.

The first level offers the primary living space along with the kitchen and dining room and a fireplace for the cooler weather. The first two guest rooms as you walk in share an adjoining bathroom. One with a king bed and one with a queen. The primary is tucked down a hallway for privacy, has a king bed, and a large, updated bathroom with a double vanity, walk in shower, and soaking tub. Each bedroom has direct access to the wrap around porch with multiple sitting areas.

The entry level of this home offers 2 guest bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms offers 2 twins and the other offers 2 sets of twin bunks each with a private bathroom.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home. The elevator and third level of the gazebo will not be accessible to guests.

Additional Information:

* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during  Summer months.

* Pool Heat - The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

* Parking for this cottage is limited to 3 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
