This charming Channel Islands Harbor retreat is ideal for water enthusiasts that are looking for unbeatable channel views. Located just 1.5 miles from Oxnard Beach Park, and 1 mile from Channel Island's National Park. This home is perfectly positioned for fun-filled days of swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking by the ocean.

Start your mornings or end your evenings on the expansive back deck, savoring a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you watch boats glide along the picturesque channel or by relaxing in the provide spa. The property also boasts a private swimming dock, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the water up close.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. The open layout allows you to enjoy the stunning views through the large windows, even while you cook or relax in the cozy living room.

Upstairs, you will find all bedrooms, and 2 of the full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a twin bed for added flexibility, and breathtaking channel-front views. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering privacy and comfort for your stay. The 3 remaining upstairs guest rooms feature respectively: a king bed, a queen bed, and 2 queen beds. These guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the downstairs contains an additional half-bathroom for convenience.

We loved the access to the dock with kayaks & paddle boards! Hot tub on the deck was such a bonus! Beautiful house with all the kitchen supplies we needed.

Master shower well equipped with grab bars. Wonderful view of the bay. Great deck with retractable awning. Dock to launch paddle boards. We parked 4 cars in the driveway. Good WiFi and TV. Very large dining table for food and games. Lots of seating indoors and out. Wonderful time had by all in family for Jackie’s 83rd birthday.

Great house for family fun. Great location. Good layout downstairs for gathering. Large deck - could use more seating but we made it work! We stay at VRBO’s around the world so we understand different places have different supplies. This place has starter kit of most things but you’ll want to bring your own supplies. Rooms upstairs are great! Dock is fun; sea life right there! Sunset is the best. We will be back!!

Perfect getaway

The house was better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location within the town and is walking distance to a lot of places. My husband and I stayed with our son and his three friends and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. The outdoor space and dock are great for hanging out and water access. The hosts are quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Great location

When we arrived. We’re not able to check in to 45 minutes after the check-in time because the Cleaning Service was still there cleaning . The property management team was unaware. I did let them know and the Cleaning Service did drop off a gift card two days later for us.The house is in a great location very big and spacious for anyone to use one thing we did not like there was a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen that we could not get rid of the whole entire week.The hot tub was very clean and someone even came to clean it during our stay.I would stay here again hoping the fruit flies would be gone on our next visit and we’re able to check in on time.

Great house, needs maintenance

Our group of coworkers stayed for two weeks. The house and property are great, but things like kitchen cabinets need maintenance or repair - many cabinet doors were drooping or nearly falling off, the master toilet doesn't flush well, and some lights, notably the stove hood, didn't work. The house just needs a thorough going-over before it's in top condition.It also feels like the property management company is oddly and needlessly stingy: the heat is on a manual timer so it was always cold when we got home after a long day of work, there are no fitted sheets and the king flat sheets aren't big enough to tuck in; there were only a few dishwasher detergent tabs, a tiny sample container of dish soap, two sample laundry detergent packets, four kitchen trash bags, etc. Yes, I know these supplies aren't guaranteed by the hosts, but when we're paying many thousands a week, it would be nice to feel that the management appreciates our presence, rather than resenting spending just a few more dollars on consumables. I'm not here to steal or waste your dishwasher tablets, just leave the box instead of pulling out four.That said, it was a very comfortable stay and we had no actual problems on our work trip. There was always hot water, and the views absolutely can't be beat.
