Este condominio tiene una gran cocina nueva y está totalmente equipada. La decoración es de buen gusto y confortable. Además, la vista desde el gran balcón proyectado es fantástica. El dormitorio principal tiene una puerta al balcón también. El pequeño estudio se puede utilizar como otro dormitorio. Este es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del estilo de vida de Florida y se encuentra a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y otras actividades de playa. Servicio de internet DSL gratuito disponible.

Great stay!

Let me begin by saying the accommodations were wonderful! We so enjoyed the panoramic views of the ocean. The sunsets are breathtaking and believe me you won’t want to miss any of them. The condo is clean and very nice. It was more than roomy and perfect for us!!! Just a few things to be aware of and was told it was in the disclaimer but the pool was not ready. That was disappointing but I got over it because the area sustained so much damage from back to back hurricanes . The other mention is that every night we had no signal on the TV so we couldn’t watch television but we managed with out phone and laptop. Other than those 2 minor inconveniences our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything and hopefully we will see you again when everything is up and running.

Great Sunsets

Very clean condo, nice upgrades, comfortable beds and furniture. Fabulous sunsets and could not be more convenient to beach, just steps away!! Met some nice folks staying there as well. Did sunset cruise out of John's pass which included beer and wine and great music! Great group on the boat and a young couple got engaged. Rented beach chairs & umbrella which was lovely, although the lounge chairs at condo common area were very comfortable too!

Overall view was fantastic and the living area was clean and comfortable. The condo itself needs maintenance. The sliding glass doors in living area need to be replaced or fixed, weather stripping bad far right side. Aloud a lot of humidity in room, this made air conditioner work very hard. All vents sweated terrible! Someone really needs to address those concerns, Thank you

Great vacation!

Perfect condo! Updated, comfortable, clean, lots of space. Loved lanai - huge with comfortable table and chairs and adirondak chairs, plus screened in. Condo also very quiet. Returning next year for sure!

Just the Bare Minimum

The check in was a gaggle. The unit pretty clean, gorgeous ocean view. AC was loud, temp gauge was dysfunctional. But, loud washer and dryer inside a bedroom. One pillow, one sheet one bedspread per. No basics supplies. NONE. Not even salt & pepper. Most places w a little sense of. Customer service have condiments, beach towels, etc. Nothing here. Over priced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most fabulous stay at Villa Madeira 305! The view is exceptional! The condo was clean and comfortable for our group of 4. The building is located right across from the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot called ‘The Sweet Brewnette’. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning finding all kinds of shells and sea life and heading across the street for breakfast. ‘The Candy Store’ is also right across the street with all your old fashioned candies,fudge and ice cream! It’s a short walk to John’s Pass with great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed lunch on the boardwalk there and observed dolphins playing in the bay!

Awesome view of Gulf. Nice balcony. For those flying in, do not stay here if you want chairs, beach towels and beach things for the kids Air went out twice One bath towel per person that we had to wash several times in our week stay with detergent we had to buy. No dish washing liquid, 3 dishwashing tabs for week stay 2 garbage bags for week stay with 5 people Key for everything was annoying for 5 people Just need to be a bit more accommodating. Otherwise clean property with great location.

Resort Rentals team was helpful and easy to work with, location was perfect, and the unit was in great condition. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, mostly updated, and clean. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom, lots of closet space, and well equipped with linens, fans, and amenities. Also within walking distance of many shops & restaurants. Best of all was that the beach was not overcrowded and is very well maintained. The building has a nice, decent-sized pool and a veranda with lots of lounge chairs if you prefer not to be on the sand. If I knew I would be working from home again next year, I would have rebooked for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view at this condo was great and that's what I expected to pay for. Inside is partially updated. Might be time for new carpeting or tile. There's room for a few people, comfortably, even though it was just the two of us. Easy access to the beach, pool and patio. You do need a key to access everything, but good security measures. Walking distance to John's Pass. The elevator was down for part of a day. Some minor repairs are needed, like a carpet strip from the master bath to the bedroom, the tacks are sticking through and get stepped on, Ouch, I layered a small towel over the area for the duration of our stay. Overall price was right for the view and the access to the beach, which was our number one goal for this vacation.

Villa Madiera - First time Florida Renters

VRBO personnel - an absolute 5 Location - 5 - Cleanest and best kept beach along the strip. White sand and clear water. Amazing sunsets every night! Easy access to John's Pass and all the activities there. Property - 3 - Maintenance crew were always working trying to keep the building and grounds clean. Elevator was out of order 4 times during our 3 week stay forcing everyone to use the stairs which were in dire need of a good cleaning. This was during the Corona Virus period which should have demanded extra cleanliness of this stairwell. Forced to use a key to access elevator and beach area. Would suggest an update to a keyless entry system similar to other condos. Unit - A definite 5 for the view alone. Absolutely stunning. Unfortunately a 2 for overall condition and cleanliness. When booked back in September I questioned the condition of the carpets due to info gathered from some of the reviews. I was informed that carpets would be cleaned and/or replaced regarding any issues presented by renters. Carpets were extremely dirty to the point that I tried to shampoo myself since we were staying an entire month. That didn't work so well and I called to please have a cleaner come in to shampoo the rugs for us which they did. The carpet should be replaced due to its condition and I had to purchase a rug to place between the hall and master bath since the rug pulled away and I was stepping on tacks when entering the bathroom. The appliances are outdated and rusted and not all burners are working on the stove. Never used the dishwasher so not sure if that works. I would have thought that a toaster would have been provided but we had to go out and purchase one ourselves which we actually left there for the next renter. It was stated that the kitchen had been updated but I definitely did not see evidence of that. I would suggest that the owners do a complete reno, including painting and furniture updates if they are going to continue to charge the same amount for this unit. Overall - VRBO agents were friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed working with them and they did get the carpets shampooed very fast. We LOVED the location and the view but just wish that the unit itself was more of what we had expected. We had to leave a week early due to the Corona Virus spread. We are both over 65 and my husband does have conditions which compromise him and we did not want to be away from our home in PA in case either of us became ill.

Do not stay here

This place needs serious work. The carpet is filthy and has exposed tackboard to hurt your feet. The door to the patio does not lock. Kitchen chairs need replacing. Grout in bathroom is disgusting. Bathroom has mold in shower. As for the kitchen - I had better dishes in college. The location and view are awesome - it’s too bad. I would be embarrassed to rent this property to anyone! anyone!

Love Madeira!

We had a great stay at the condo. Pretty much everything you need is there. I like the fact that there is lots of balcony furniture and the living room is comfy. Only things missing in the kitchen was wine opener and oven mitts. Also made note that you needed to plug in the internet line directly into the wall as the double attachment that fit both phone and internet did not work. Would recommend this condo.
