Beautifully updated and remodeled beach front condo at Villa Madeira. The décor is tasteful and comfortable with beautiful Italian porcelain tile in the living area and both bathrooms. The living room features a 40 inch flat screen TV and hurricane rated sliding doors opening up to the huge, screened in beach front balcony. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beach is breathtaking!

The master bedroom has a door that opens up to the balcony too. The master and the 2nd bedroom offer BeautyRest mattresses, the den that is used as a 3rd bedroom features bunk beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

If you feel like dining in, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large side by side refrigerator including an ice maker and water dispenser, a glass top stove, self-cleaning oven, over the stove microwave and a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer are also available in the condo.

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Villa Madeira offers sparkling, beach side, heated pool. Plus, you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

I will be dreaming of the balcony for years. Wonderful location, comfortable beds and well stocked. The bathtub in the shared bathroom was dirty with hair and could be recaulked but that’s my only complaint. Bring beach towels. Great vacation!

The 2 keys are an issue with 6 adults in the unit. We needed at least 1 more. TV was very disappointing and hard to navigate. LR would freeze and not come back! Ice maker on fridge made ice but would not dispense through the door. We had a great week. Right on the beach and everything was close or within walking distance.

I've stayed on Madeira Beach before and was not disappointed with this condo. Great beach, views of sunset, pool for kids. And I have never dealt with a management company that was so responsive!

Great location!

Overall impression is great! Sadly, the elevator was broken all week, there were no extra trash bags, not enough towels, and the screen on the porch might keep bugs out but really hinders the view. The location, pool, and beach area was incredible!

We typically stock the property with extra trash bags and towels, so I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Regarding the porch screen, I understand it can affect the view, but the intention is to enhance comfort. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience!

We loved the condo it was clean and the view of ocean was beautiful! Short distance to Johns pass and beach. Pool was nice & appreciated the key system to everything! Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space we would love to stay here again!

Summer vacation 2020

We love Madeira Beach and Villa Madeira. We have stayed in the same condo for 4 years now. No complaints! The only thing that would make it perfect is my fur baby being able to stay!

Hi Kasey Thank you for your review and for your text saying that you love the new kitchen. Whenever I do a major renovation on the condo, invariably other owners stop by to see what I’ve done. They frequently tell me that I have put too much effort and expense into the renovation for a ‘rental condo’. I always respond that I have many repeat guests, like your family, and that I love creating a nice place for them to come back to for their vacations. Very clean and nice’

Very nice condo, clean and close to a lot. Only thing that I to say negative and really isn’t a negative, just wish the balcony had high top chairs so you can see over the railing, and we had some issues with seaweed, but a know the time we were there they had storms the week before we stayed. Overall experience was great!!

Fantastic property and great property manager

I needed a place for my son and I in St. Petersburg last minute when my mom became ill. Colleen responded quickly and made sure we had everything we need when we arrived the next day. The condo was perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds and linens, great water pressure and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook throughout the week. I would definitely return to this property again and hopefully enjoy It’s great location under better circumstances.
