Beautifully updated and remodeled beach front condo at Villa Madeira. The décor is tasteful and comfortable with beautiful Italian porcelain tile in the living area and both bathrooms. The living room features a 40 inch flat screen TV and hurricane rated sliding doors opening up to the huge, screened in beach front balcony. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beach is breathtaking!

The master bedroom has a door that opens up to the balcony too. The master and the 2nd bedroom offer BeautyRest mattresses, the den that is used as a 3rd bedroom features bunk beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

If you feel like dining in, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large side by side refrigerator including an ice maker and water dispenser, a glass top stove, self-cleaning oven, over the stove microwave and a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer are also available in the condo.

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Villa Madeira offers sparkling, beach side, heated pool. It was great. Property was perfect for my family of 6.The star of the party was the warm gulf.we loved location snd everything. We lived in St so we knew where we were going. Your community sure did great rebuilding.

Very clean and nice’

Very nice condo, clean and close to a lot. Only thing that I to say negative and really isn’t a negative, just wish the balcony had high top chairs so you can see over the railing, and we had some issues with seaweed, but a know the time we were there they had storms the week before we stayed. Overall experience was great!!

Great location!

Overall impression is great! Sadly, the elevator was broken all week, there were no extra trash bags, not enough towels, and the screen on the porch might keep bugs out but really hinders the view. The location, pool, and beach area was incredible!

I've stayed on Madeira Beach before and was not disappointed with this condo. Great beach, views of sunset, pool for kids. And I have never dealt with a management company that was so responsive!

We thought condo was nice. It was clean well kept but a few things would be nice. There were 3 woman in 60s. We have stayed at Madeira Beach several times even at this complex. They will always have a few beach towel’s because for woman or anyone buying towels and then trying to pack them to take home. Is not easy. The shampoo and soap was nice but most of us bring it with us. It would be nicer to have salt,pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheet, and a few more trash bags. Also if you could leave a sheet with how tv works. We could not get a guide to come up and once we got a station we just stayed. Also if you just tell the people how to lock the door when you leave. Getting in was not hard but none of us had seen a lock like it before. But your condo was well done.

Condo had not been cleaned

When we attempted to begin our family vacation at this condo, we arrived at 1:00 AM ready for a good night's rest. The condo had not been cleaned. When the 24 hour office was called, we were told to "use our phone and find a hotel that the condo would be cleaned the next morning. We could not get into the condo until after 12:00 PM the next day. After the fiasco in checking in, everything else about the stay was quite satisfactory, but the uncleaned condo and motel stay because of it is definitely not appreciated or good customer service.

Worst vacation

We booked this rental to celebrate our daughters 4th birthday little did we know it would be a complete disaster. We checked in and brought all of our things inside. We then went to the beach. Once we got back in everyone showered and we started doing some light decorating for our daughters birthday. When we finished we went to lay down for the night. I was on my phone before I went to sleep and noticed something crawling on the pillow. We got out of the bed and turned the lights on only to find over 10 bed bugs crawling around on the sheets and pillows. We then checked the other bedrooms and found more. In one of the other bedrooms there was 5 different sheets on the bed. They never changed the sheets only piled different ones on top. All of the sheets had stains. Housekeepers are not doing there jobs and management is horrible. We called the after hours emergency number. They were no help at all. Told us they couldn’t do anything for us until Monday. This was at midnight Saturday. Sunday morning we went and got a hotel room that they said they would cover the cost of because of the bed bugs but did not reimburse us for the hotel at all. We had to go to a laundromat and wash all of our clothes. Monday morning we went to the office of the rental and conveniently they didn’t have anywhere to put us so our trip was cut short. We drove all the way from Missouri and after dealing with the problems had to go back home. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Horrible management horrible cleaning!

Our Stay

All went well accept for the wrong wifi network and password but we figured it out. The garbage disposal was locked up. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you soo much.

Madiera Stay

Hello. The listing said there would be a lobby. So, not the lobby we thought. When we arrived we didn't have internet or tv. The management sent people right away. Obviously it isn't anyone's fault. They found out the router was bad. One t night we were getting ready to go out my husband sat on the end of the bed and down he went. He is a woodworker so he checked it out.(Aka...under the bed and behind the end tables were yucky) All 3 frame supports were broken. he just finished it off. So, maintenance came again. Then another maintenance person had to come. We were told all was good. That night the bed broke again. Kirk looked again and saw that they didn't even replace the boards they just mended them. So, Kirk took the bed apart and using a butter knife moved the bolt to the other side so it would not collapse again. After all that we had a great time. Actually, we had a great time even with the hiccups.

We loved the condo it was clean and the view of ocean was beautiful! Short distance to Johns pass and beach. Pool was nice & appreciated the key system to everything! Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space we would love to stay here again!

Great Condo, great location

Great layout, plenty of space. Just steps from the beach. Clean except for the master bathroom shower which had mold on the walls that I washed off myself. The electric kettle to heat water was filthy as well. The spare bedroom mattress was uncomfortable but the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Overall, we loved the condo and would return.

Very nice condo. We have stayed there before. We love Villa Madeira!! Our only issue is that we are not connected to e-mail after we leave home so we did not receive our instructions because we left on Friday morning. Resort Rentals have told me that I will need to be able to get e-mail next year on my phone because they have changed their computer program. I hate that because we have really enjoyed our stays there, but we are not going to add any electronic apps to our phones in order to book with them.

Elevator broken

All was good until friday night. Elevator broke at 4pm. Was called in by numerous occupants. Also told them we all had to check out and load in the morning. Elevator was not fixed until 9am and we had to make many trips Up and down stairs to load car for timely departure. Also many elderly people Staying could not go to dinner friday night as they could not do all the stairs. Elevator should have been fixed immediately. Other than that facility and beach was great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of five. It was nice for everyone to have a bed instead of one sleeping on the couch. The beds were amazing! Very comfortable. Location of the condo was great. Within walking distance to John’s Pass. The keys to get up to the room or in or out of the beach were a bit of a pain but the extra security was nice. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and we loved the closet of beach items that were provided. It was close to John’s Pass and Caddy’s which was really nice.

Beautiful view of the gulf, nice location.

The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the view. It would be nice if the screens were not on the balcony, as they do block the view at night and sunset. The second floor is a nice location, no need to use the elevator. The keys are not a good idea, I would highly recommend getting a key code, for all the entrances and pool entrances and exits. Needs updating in the bedrooms, the pillows are old and smell. More beach towels would be a plus.The washer and dryer are nice to have in the condo.
