THE SPACE
Directly across from the iconic King and Prince Hotel, the "Tipsy Turtle" embodies the essence of coastal living. Its inviting, sun-drenched interior and lush screened porch are perfect for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Begin your day with a leisurely stroll to the local market, just a block away, and unwind in the evenings by exploring the island's top-notch dining spots, all conveniently nearby.
The Space:
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two beautifully appointed bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms. The screened-in porch is an ideal spot for al fresco dining and relaxation. Ascend the external stairs to discover the spacious great room on the second floor, complete with an additional kitchen and dining area, two more inviting bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry facilities. This home seamlessly blends modern comforts with the timeless charm of a classic beach house, ensuring a stay that's both comfortable and unforgettable.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
