Guest access:

• Access codes will be provided for convenient self-check-in

• Two-level home with stairs required for access

• Full access to the entire home, driveway & outdoor spaces

• Guests may use the open boat slip but do not have access to the boat at the dock



IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• No Pets: This property has a strict no-pet policy.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: As you leave, kindly dispose of all trash and food in the provided cans only.
