The neighborhood is a mix of newly remodeled homes, and older homes. There is an apartment complex on the back side of the home so you may hear some noise. In less than 0.5 mile walk, you can get to an escape room, gas station, coffee shops, brewery, and several restaurants and bars.

The front bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk setup, ideal for families or groups. You’ll also find a spacious dresser and closet to keep your belongings organized.

The open-concept living area invites you to unwind and enjoy your time together. Lounge on the large sectional sofa, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or gather for a meal at the dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve your favorite dishes with ease.

You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure.

Tucked around a cozy nook is an additional living space, complete with a second couch and smart TV — perfect for movie nights or a little extra privacy. The second bedroom offers a plush king bed and a closet, creating a peaceful retreat to rest and recharge.

Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this home is thoughtfully equipped for comfort, style, and ease.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $100.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
