Steps to Long Sands Beach and Family Friendly Fun

Welcome to 125 Long Beach Avenue - located directly across the street from Long Sands Beach in beautiful York Beach, Maine. Wake up to amazing sunrises as you plan your day. 

The open concept first level includes a fully functional kitchen with eat at counter, dining area, half bathroom, stacked W/D, deck with gas grill, and living room area with large TV - and amazing views straight out to the Atlantic Ocean.

The second level is comprised of the large primary bedroom, with en suite bathroom (shower stall), king sized bed, gas fireplace, soaking tub, and large deck overlooking the beach.

The third floor has two additional bedrooms (one with a trundle bed - two twins, the other bedroom with a bunk bed with trundle - three twins), each with access to a small deck, and a full bathroom. There is also an open TV area with a lounging area. This amazing retreat can sleep up to 7.

The location can't be beat, with restaurants like the Stone's Throw next door, Lulu's Tiki Bar located at the newly renovated Nevada Hotel, the Long Sands General Store for provisions, lobster rolls, and great breakfast sandwiches, and the York Beach Dairy Bar for an ice cream treat. Take surf lessons at Liquid Dreams Surf Shop down the road. You probably won't need to move your car all week! If you do decide to venture out - go visit the Nubble Lighthouse up the road, or Short Sands Beach with their eclectic downtown (Goldenrod taffy, an arcade, a zoo, playground, music at the gazebo, and more...), York Harbor Beach, or venture points north or south for other Maine/New England fun.

Parking for four cars max. All linens included. Window A/C units are provided. No pets and no smoking/vaping. House rents Friday to Friday in prime season.
