Private villa with heated swimming pool

Villa Ruby Lucas is a short 10 min stroll to the fabulous Marina Rubicon, in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The Marina has many bars & restaurants, & is just 450 metres from the beach at Playa de Los Colorados, and is perfect for the sun worshipers, with its south facing garden, & balcony with views across the Marina & over to Fuerteventura, and it gets the sun in the private garden all day in the summer AND in the winter, it is also sheltered from the wind, ideal for winter sunbathing. There is a shaded area perfect for alfresco dining.

It is a family owned private villa with all UK TV programmes, including Sky/BT/Bein sports & movies, on a 42 inch flatscreen TV. In March 2022 a new family bathroom was fitted, with walk-in overhead shower, and in December 2022 a new kitchen, and solana / utility room were fitted, giving you everything you may need. We have a master double bedroom with a built in wardrobes, leading to an ensuite refurbished in September 2023 which has twin sinks, a large walk in overhead shower. Looking out of the en-suite window of the villa you can see Fuerteventura. Off the master bedroom is the balcony, which has outdoor seating & coffee table, this is great for sunrise & sunsets, and offers a great view of the Marina Rubicon. There are two more bedrooms, one has a king size bed the other has two single beds both with plenty of storage in wardrobes / cupboards. There is also downstairs toilet. Whatever your looking for, this is a home from home. In the Solana you will find an ironing board, iron, washing machine, mops, that every household requires.

The villa comes alive with its south facing garden which gets the sun all day, there is a shaded area where the outside dining table is (seats 6). Air con is fitted in both the south facing rooms (living room & master bedroom), the north facing rooms both have fan lights, as does the dining room in case you don’t like air con.

With this open plan living/dinning room you will never be short of space. The inside dining table comfortably seats 6 and there is Plenty of room for families, but nice and cosy for couples. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could wish for (dish washer, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetière). There are ample plates/dishes etc... so whether you plan on eating out or at home you will want for nothing. There is also a large Canarian BBQ on the patio area along with an outside dinning table and chairs, and outside sofa/lounger. There are 6 new sun beds as of Dec 2022. The villa is situated one minute walk from two great supermarkets (Iceland /Waitrose & HyperDino) to buy everything you could possibly need & they sell charcoals for the BBQ.

All towels and bedding are provided along with a hair dryer and washing machine so no need to pack too much. There is an airer to dry your clothes on. The pool is 5 metres by 3 metres, and is heated to 29 degrees in the winter months, it is not required in the summer when the temperature goes above 29. There is no access to the garden other than through the house, so you will never be disturbed, and children can’t wander off without you knowing. The tiling around the pool has been renewed with anti slip tiles in 2021.

We can provide cots, high chairs and car seats at an extra cost, via our management company. This is ordered in advance and paid for on arrival. The enclosed garden/pool area means you wont be overlooked and have plenty of privacy while being near enough to all amenities. We can cater for couples or families up to six and will try and cater for everyone's needs or any special requests.
