Casa Barroni is located in a small, private residential area of Faro Park.
This modern, three bedroomed, two bathroomed villa has a heated private pool hot tub, and sea and mountain views! The villa is modern, bright and airy, and has lots of tasteful and colourful decorations.
The villa is detached, and sits on a large plot with well-maintained gardens filled with Canarian plants.
The villa has lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. There is free Wi-Fi, and UK TV channels are available, so that you can watch all your favourite programmes.
On the ground floor is a lounge with leather sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a dining room seating 6 guests which also has patio doors onto the terrace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor – one with a double bed, and one with twin beds – both have views onto the pool. The well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The master bedroom has television, a dressing area, and two private sunbathing terraces with sea and mountain views. The upper terraces have sunloungers and a set of table and chairs.

The ground floor outdoor area has a beautiful heated pool (6.5x2.5m) with a cover, and hot tub, Canarian barbeque, seated areas for alfresco dining, or shade from the sun under the pergola. Raised garden walls allow our guests privacy and shelter whilst they relax in the sun. For family entertainment there is a pool table, a table tennis table and dartboard.

The property has lots of extras such as a hairdryer in each bathroom, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we provide a welcome pack with water, wine, beers, juice, tea, coffee and milk.
There is coin operated air con in the master bedroom, ground floor double bedroom and lounge area.
There is parking directly outside the door of the villa.

Perfection

I dont even know where to start. Everything from start to finish was perfect. We received a lot of informations before arrival, including tips for trips and restaurants and everything we needed to know about villa. Perfect communication. Check in was really easy as you just take keys from safety box. And villa? Omg jist amazing!!!! There are even two jacuzzi’s. Villa is fabulous, garden even better and pool temperature- just perfect as it was a bit windy and cloudy. We never go to same place twice, we came back last week and already thinking about going back there is also box with toys for kids which is really handy, high chair, travel cot.. everything you need in kitchen etc.. we had the best holiday ever!!! Will definitely be back one day.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Es war sehr schön, schöne Lage, großes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermarkt etc. waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verbesserungswünsche: Sauberkeit der Bäder und der Pool wurde in unseren Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt.

Excellent holiday villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Casa Barroni, Gill from silvershells dealt with any issues efficiently and promptly. Only improvement i could suggest is a handrail to make access into pool easier.

Great villa, probably one of the best we've stayed at. Loved the outdoor space and the pool and the 2 hot tubs! Supermarket and some lovely restaurants just a short walk away. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend.

Great villa

This villa was perfect for us. Spacious and with everything you would hope for. The pool was a delight - the warmest I've ever had the pleasure to swim in on holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants; we ate out every night and all the meals were good. The local wine from the Yaiza vineyard was very good too.

Enjoyable stay

After a few problems which we experienced on arrival, Sarah, the owner was great in getting them sorted very quickly. It would have been so good to have a few basic essentials in the apartment on arrival, such as a bottle of water, hand soap and a dishcloth or washing up sponge. Overall, the villa is located in a lovely quiet area, easy access to the shops and restaurants from the garden gate, sea views from the master bedroom patios.

Fabulous villa

We stayed at the villa for 9 nights in July. The villa had everything we could have wanted. The pool, hottub and pool table being the favourites. There is a strip of shops and restuarants just a few minutes by foot or Playa Blanca is just a short drive (5mins) so plenty of options for shopping and eating. Sarah was very kind in arranging early check in and late check out for us which made life easier. Altogether a fab place to stay.

Great villa in a quiet setting

Villa was lovely with plenty of shops / restaurants within walking distance but would still recommend hiring a car to explore the island. We didn’t cook much but had everything you needed if you wanted to. Rooms were lovely but found the upstairs bed to be very uncomfortable (personal opinion and appreciate that mattress / beds can’t always suit everyone) we really enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing and would consider booking again

Beautiful villa

Spent a lovely week here with our 2 children. Villa even bigger than expected and would comfortably fit another couple of people. Has everything you need, like a home from home. Definitely recommend car hire if you like to get out and about, we used Autoreisen who where very reasonable. Great holiday!

Wonderful villa - has everything you need

The villa was ideal for us - family of four with two older teenagers - there were two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs (which the kids had) and we were upstairs with a large bedroom and en-suite. The villa is perfectly located near some shops and excellent restaurants. The outside space is great with a good sized pool and hot-tub. The decoration throughout is lovely and we couldn't wish for more in a villa. We were lucky to have great weather too.

Stunning villa

This villa is stunning inside and out! We throughly enjoyed staying in Casa Barroni. The Villa is stunning and very comfortable. We were all very impressed with all the little touches, like the Swan towels, and the flowers on the toilet roll, and they all felt very personal little touches. I just love all the metal artwork on the walls and the art canvases making the villa feel very homely. The pool and hot tub were a great success and we all spent a lot of time in them. The amenities were only a short walk out of the back gate which was very handy and when we wanted to go into town the taxis were very easy to book. We have all had a fantastic time here and would recommend staying in this villa - we all loved it! To summarise the holiday, it has been an absolute pleasure staying in such a well-loved and beautifully presented Villa.

Wonderful Easter Break

…just fabulous

We only stayed 1 week in this beautiful villa and we will definitely come back. The villa is amazing. To be honest, in real it looks even more beautiful than on pictures. And the pictures are already super nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and the villa has everything you need. The pool and the jacuzzi are fantastic. The villa is located in a very nice and calm neighborhood. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and we will definitely come back. And also a big thank you to the host. We received all information we needed in advance and in addition we were provided with local information in the house which were included in a folder. It was very helpful. Thank you.

Relaxing winter break

Villla was superb had everything you could need for a family to enjoy. Area was beautiful short walk to a row of restaurants and supermarkets and a couple of nice bars. We ate in all of the restaurants and everyone was spot on. The facilities at the villa were really good and once you’d stocked up on food and drink you could quite easily just stay there for the duration we were toying with the idea of renting a car but in the end decided against it as taxis were only 5-7 euro into the main town and we only went into the main town 2/3 times. All in all a lovely stay and hopefully we would return one day Sarah the host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!!

Brilliantly located villa for the perfect winter sun break

The Villa was lovely and in a nice private location. We made great use of the pool and hot tub and didn’t feel overlooked at all. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the walk down to playa Blanca where you will find some lovely restaurants, and a short walk away from two well equipped grocery shops. The villa was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could ever need. We particularly enjoying having breakfast each morning on the terrace adjoining the master bedroom. We would recommend to anyone thinking of booking this villa, and hope to book it ourselves again soon.

Perfect Villa and location

Loved this villa, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedroom upstairs has a large balcony with table and chairs and sun beds, one of the many relaxing spots to sit with a drink or just lie in the sun. The swimming pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature unlike other places that we have stayed and the hot tub was another delightful relaxing place to soak. The location is so quiet and the grounds beautiful with wonderful plants and views of the volcano, also very private. There is a selection of very good restaurants about ten minutes walk away which we found to be extremely good, our favourite being ‘Port of call’ although couldn’t fault any of them, we did have a particularly good curry one evening too. We loved staying in the Villa and wished we’d booked for longer. Would love to go back again. NB. Because of COVID there is a shortage of hire cars, we booked well in advance but there were many people who were unable to hire a car.

Beste Adresse unter Coronabedingungen!

Schon der erste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr offen und herzlich. Jede Frage/Anliegen wurde umgehend und umfassend beantwortet. Auch viele Tipps. Vielen Dank Sarah! Das Haus liegt perfekt- allerdings braucht man unbedingt einen Mietwagen- aber das versteht sich von selbst, wenn man sich die Lage anschaut. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und Hilfe ist bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Der Pool hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur und auch der Whirlpool war nach einem kleinen Defekt wunderbar. Der geschützte Outdoor-Sitzplatz wurde von uns genossen- wunderbarer freier Blick auf den Montana Roja! Durch die ungestörte Lage am Ende der Straße war Privatsphäre und Ruhe garantiert. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder.

Perfect family getaway

Villa is exceptional and we loved the pool, hot tub, dartboard, table tennis and pool table. Also handy to have full sky channels for at night or the live football matches. Angela was really helpful and quick to reply before and during the trip. Location of the villa is perfect - 5 min walk to restaurants and supermarkets and a lovely beach is only 10mins by car or a 2mile walk along the promenade. Our kids had the best time and said they want to go back which has never happened before!

We fell in love with this villa due to its location on a small residential area, the views from the master suite upstairs are stunning whether you are sitting on the terrace or lying in bed looking at the lighthouse through the window. For any budding artists the view provides ample sketching opportunities with its beautiful surrounds.

We are also very lucky to have places to eat and drink just a short walk away.
