Highly Recommend

We had a great time during our stay. The location is central to everything we wanted to do and a lovely easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the condo is stocked with anything you need. I would absolutely stay here during my next trip to PCB.

Amazing

We checked in Saturday and everything was perfect! Anytime we had any questions the host was very quick to respond. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool area was nice and very quiet!

Great location w/ easy access to beach

Perfect location for our need. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Communication was quick. Check in was a breeze and we appreciated the little touches throughout the house. Will definitely be back.

Clean property at a great location

It was a nice and cozy apartment right alongside the beach. Due to the strong wind there was during the three days we stayed we only got to play at the beach for one day but we had so much fun in the adjacent areas. The location is perfect for family activities.

Our stay at this VRBO was excellent! The owner was very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.One standout feature was the shower—great temperature control and strong water pressure, which made for an enjoyable experience after a long day.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Great family unit

Exactly as advertised. Close enough to the beach but still affordable, great amenities, kids loved the pool to end each day, which was easy to walk to (2 minute walk), every tourist attraction in town was no more than a 15-20 minutes drive (that’s with traffic). At less busy times of the day, drive times were 5-10 minutes at most from shops, restaurants or tourist attractions. I definitely would recommend this property and the host was very friendly.

Seniors spring break

Perfect location! We were walking distance from beach and 10 minutes from Pier Park. House was clean well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Plenty of clean towels. Host easily accessible allowed early access after a very long drive! Quiet and safe area. The boys and I enjoyed the roominess of the condo. Will stay here again if we come back to PCB!

Quiet clean property

Really nice condo, very clean, and quiet neighborhood. There is a locked gate going from the area to the beach access, which was nice. Beware the wildlife. The neighborhood backs up to a wetland area. We did see two snakes, one in the front, one in the back. There were a couple of mechanical issues that I mentioned to the property manager. He said he would send maintenance to check them out. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the stay.

The condo was clean. The owner was in constant contact with me. We checked in with no problems. We did have a little incident and the owner was informed. He tried to get it fixed the same day but it was going to take longer to fix the problem. We was slightly inconvenienced and the owner did offer to do a refund which was appreciated. I hope the owner will be able to fix the problem soon . Overall we did have a great time. Thank you

The place was great the only problems we seen was there was no hot tub and only one pool the add said there was one. The price was high compared to other people in the complex from what they said we paid Three times the price otherwise everything was great we were just little disappointed when we heard what other people were paying. The host was wonderful the place was clean the kitchen was nice we bought more towels and left them cuz there weren’t enough for showers everyday other wise it’s a great place to stay very convenient to everything and the beach was fantastic the pool is not heated but it was very clean we enjoyed are stay there

Sorry to hear that the hot tub was a computer error es been fix already we pay hi dollar to keep the condominium very clean else we constantly replacing stuff around like we buy new sofa bed for the living room we pay close to 1400 dollars new diswasher 600 dollars we pay more on bills now on and on so really don't make money we lose money but thank you

The kitchen was amazing and had all the utensils, pots, pans everything I needed! Even cooked pancakes on the electric nonstick griddle and my kids went crazy saying they were the best! Pool was cold! Kids enjoyed it a lot! I would give it 5 stars easily! Jesus was amazing to work with!
