BEACH ACCESS:
Beach access for this home is public and is about a 5-minute golf cart ride from the home. This is one of the largest public beach access points in Destin with golf cart parking, restrooms and even a restaurant called the Crab Trap.

PRIVATE POOL HEAT:
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

COMMUNITY POOL HEAT:
Community pool is heated: Thanksgiving week. Christmas Week. New Years Week. Last 7 days in February through the first 7 days in April. Community Pool is a 5-minute walk or 2-minute golf cart or bike ride from the home.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

PARKING: This property allows parking for 4 cars.

GOLF CART: Access to golf cart requires a $50 fee that covers cleaning, fuel & delivery. Fee is payable directly to cart company upon arrival.

You will find a starter kit of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.
