3-Bedroom Chalet with Fantastic River View

Very private hilltop chalet with sweeping river views, 2 miles east of downtown yet surrounded by forest! Very close to concerts, ball games, bars, and restaurants yet unlike noisy OTR rentals, our place enables you to come home and sleep like a baby in the quiet surroundings. A truly unique Cincinnati location!

Getting to the downtown restaurants and events is quick and easy via Uber. There are 2 houses on the property (upper and lower). This listing is for the upper house. Guests use have 3 balconies and a patio - all with a river view. The patio has a charcoal grill.

Access to the property is via a private hillside driveway - so, it is a bit of a driving adventure if you are not used to driving up hills. But don't worry, people drive it every day and get used to it after a couple trips.

The upper part of the driveways was damaged in a landslide 3 years ago - so, guests are no longer able to drive all the way to this upper house. But, guests can park and walk about 20 yards to a golf cart to drive the remaining 60 yards to the house.

To enter the house the first time, a guest will need to walk up 1 flight of stone steps then 2 flights of outdoor deck steps to reach the the main level front door. All other guests can enter this same way or through the deck level door at the top of the stone steps. There may be some leaves and debris and uneven surfaces - it is like a nature walk to get to the house (see all photos).

Note: The 3rd bedroom is a little side room off the living room with a queen bed.

Small events permitted but no gatherings over 10 people without special permission.
