Nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood, our 3-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Boulder getaway. Whether you’re visiting to explore the great outdoors, enjoy downtown Boulder, or just unwind, this is the perfect retreat for families and friends.

Located in centrally in Boulder, this lovely house features 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a twin bed, and one with a queen bed. With 4 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. This welcoming property is perfect for both long or short stays, ensuring a memorable holiday experience for all. This property is home to our family most of the year, so we have been intentional about tasteful decorations and the most important comforts- like an amazing espresso machine. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family neighborhood.

Out the back porch, you will find we back right up to a bike path that connects you with Boulder's wonderful bike path system. In 20 minutes on bike paths you will be downtown on Boulder's Pearl Street, with a walking mall and tons of restaurants. A 10 minute ride will get you to the hip Rayback Collective where you can grab a drink and choose from several food trucks. A 5 min bike will get you to Elks Pool and playground, and a 1 bike bike or 3 min walk will deliever you to East Palo Park, an awesome playground.
