Charming Burt Lake Family Vacation Home

Welcome to Burt Lake and the Inland Waterway with 40+ miles of pristine water to explore! The area offers countless stunning views of nature in northern Michigan and a variety of activities to make memories that will last a lifetime. In summer enjoy activities such as boating, fishing, watersports, kayaking, hiking and golf to name a few. In the winter snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross-country and downhill skiing are among the many activities enjoyed with several ski resorts and trails nearby.
This 3-bedroom home sits on the east side of Burt Lake with 60 feet of canal frontage and minutes away from the lake. Also included is a hoist set for an 8 1/2-foot wide tritoon (5,000 lbs.) to dock your boat.
The main floor offers great room floor plan with living, dining and kitchen and a comfortable sunroom to enjoy morning coffee and watch the ducks swim in the canal. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the bath features a bathtub and shower. Full size washer and dryer are also on the main floor. Upstairs features two bedrooms - 1 full bed, and 3 twin beds and a bath with a shower.
