Recientemente remodelado y redecorado con muebles de registro acogedor y la decoración de cabaña de montaña. La cocina estaba totalmente remodelado con nuevos gabinetes y electrodomésticos. Televisor LCD se han instalado recientemente en la sala de estar y dos dormitorios. Situado en el mismo piso que la bañera de hidromasaje, sauna y servicio de lavandería. A, abierta salón-comedor grande está prevista alrededor de una chimenea de piedra. La cocina recorrido remodelado y snack bar ofrecen comodidad y conveniencia. Las habitaciones son amplias, cada una con baño contiguo y un armario grande. Dos puertas correderas de cristal dan acceso al gran patio cubierto. Disfrutar de una increíble vista de la ciudad de Monte Crested Butte y Washington Gulch. La unidad está completamente amueblada, hasta la ropa y platos. I104 está convenientemente situado a unos pasos de las pistas y senderos.

La Internacional de la Construcción se introduce en la 3ª planta. Caminar por dos vuelos y llegar a I104 en el 1er piso.

Su apartamento está cerca de la elevación de la pared Oeste. Un corto paseo hasta el final de la playa de estacionamiento, los esquís en, y se encuentra en las pistas!

Instalaciones del complejo están seguros para completar su experiencia. Como oficina y personal en el sitio hace que sea fácil de check-in / out y responder a cualquier pregunta que surja durante su estancia. Los servicios de limpieza se proporcionan a todas las estancias que son 3 o más noches. En el invierno, San Moritz tiene su propio servicio de transporte privado que es gratuito con su estancia. Este servicio funciona todos los días durante la temporada de esquí desde las 8 de la mañana hasta la medianoche. Incluso va a recoger y dejar fuera justo afuera de su apartamento! The views were spectacular!! Good instructions about having a pet in the condoWe found the condo a bit dated! Everything worked fine but you could tell it was datedWe thought we would love the ground floor till we realized that we had to tackle 2 flights of stairs!! The bed was most comfortable!!Thank you!!

Great Dog Friendly Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once you say you need a dog-friendly location, the choices immediately become limited. However, without that selection criteria, I may never have found this place. I don't think I have ever stayed in a place that had a kitchen stocked like this one. Every utensil, appliance or cookware need was available and in really great shape. The unit was clean, relatively quiet and had wonderful views. The only thing I would want people to know is that this unit is on the 1st floor but the parking lot is on the 3rd floor. Forty-five steps up and down every time you need to take out the puppy or get something from the car. On the plus side, if you can't handle the steps, you won't be able to handle the hikes and bike rides!

Great Place for a Ski Vacation

Sure, it could use an update, but fancy aesthetics are not critical to us. The kitchen appliances are all new, we love the fireplace and unlimited firewood, and rejuvenate every afternoon in the jacuzzi. If you want convenience and value, you can't beat San Moritz Condominiums at Crested Butte.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was comfortable for the two of us. We brought our dog and it was nice that they allow that. They have a great TV and comfortable sitting area to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. Plenty of seating in the kitchen for a big crowd, if you have it. The kitchen is lacking a little in a few items to help with cooking (we couldn't find big serving spoons for sauces and their utensils are lacking. We also would have liked some microwaveable dishes to cook vegetables in) , but they have really nice pots and pans and dishes. The beds are comfortable enough, but I would suggest they get some new sheets. They were rough and the fitted sheet kept pulling away from the mattress. But we managed. We really love staying at San Moritz. The management staff is always very helpful, especially the sweet attendant in the main office. She is always so pleasant and greets you with a smile. We also appreciate the service that will bring you new towels and pick up your trash if you are staying there for longer than a few days. We really had a wonderful week. Crested Butte has our hearts.

Convenient & Comfortable

This condo was great. So close to trails to walk. The walk out was super convenient for my dog. It had everything we needed in kitchen. Only faults are it’s down three flights of stairs so beware how much you have to carry, the building has THIN walls so you hear people above and beside you quite a lot, and the office for checkin was a bit confusing to find. I think another sign or two to direct to office would be helpful. Overall though, I would stay here again for the Fall.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful and just like in the photos. Truly felt like home and rooms were a lot bigger than they seemed from photos. We took full advantage of the ski in/out advantage which was amazing! Our dog loved hanging out in the snow outside the back door. We used the hot tub every night since it was right next door. They have free firewood so no need to bring any! We stopped at City Market in Gunnison for food, and the condo had plenty of cookware but we did not count on there not being basics like salt and pepper, oil, foil, soap, or additional toilet paper. We made do but remember to bring any and all cooking materials and bath items with you. I would book this condo again in an INSTANT. No issues at all with anything.

Pleased

Having a hot tub, sauna and washer/dryer on site was set nice. They had a sign up sheet for the hot tub, which made it easy to s schedule. The view of the mountains was blocked by the snow pile that falls off the roof, so that was a little disappointing.

Thanksgiving at San Moritz

The condo is in a great location, but there wasn't enough snow to be truly "ski in, ski out", but that was just a minor inconvenience.The condo was very comfortable, spacious and warm. My only complaint was that I thought the interior of the building as well as the interior of the condo was in need of updating. The staff was outstanding! I would stay there again when there is more snow.

perfect location in Mount Crested Butte

This property fit my needs perfectly. I appreciated that it was pet friendly, and they provided "dog sheets" for the furniture and bedding. The new updates were were great, and the tile floor was practical for coming in and out of outdoor activities. The wifi was great, as well. For the price, this property fit my needs perfectly. Kitchen was well- equipped.

Functional

Liked the ski in and out luxury but condo needs updates and at least dead bolts on the exterior doers which were paper thin interior doors. The place was not cleaned and dirt was everywhere.
