The Space:

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in Phoenix comfortably sleeps up to 10, giving your whole crew room to spread out and unwind.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home via keypad entry, with the exception of a locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

This west Phoenix home sits in a quiet residential pocket with easy access to the I-10, making it simple to reach the rest of the Valley. You're a short drive to local restaurants and shops for everyday essentials, and about 15-20 minutes from the Westgate Entertainment District, home to State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena for concerts and game days. Downtown Phoenix is roughly 20-25 minutes away, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 25-30 minutes out, so you're never too far from the action. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the Valley, and you'll have driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you'd prefer not to drive, and the home's location near the I-10 makes hopping between neighborhoods a breeze.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We ask that dogs be crate-trained and that you clean up after them during your stay.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
