¡Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el último piso tiene pisos de madera y baldosas en todas partes y es un lugar acogedor para sus próximas vacaciones en la playa! La cocina está totalmente equipada y lista para crear sus obras maestras culinarias. La vista del Canal Intracostero se puede ver desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, también se puede disfrutar desde su balcón privado mientras se relaja y se relaja después de un día de sol en la playa. El edificio # 3 está al lado del área de parrillas en los terrenos, lo que hace que sus comidas al aire libre sean agradables y convenientes, ¡también está cerca de la piscina y es muy fácil caminar hasta el acceso a la playa en el lugar!

Great room

The location and place was great. However, there could have been a couple of little improvements that could have been done. The master bedroom had a slider that had a broken seal and there was some mold and mildew there. The linens could also have been cleaner. But over all we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but the condo needs cookware one skillet and 2 pots and one bread is not enough for 4 people. I would either bring you own or book another condo. Also the shower in the master bathroom leaked and the water never got hot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental gets mixed reviews. Although it is in a great location and was clean upon arrival, many of its aspects were not of the quality expected for this resort. The comforters and blinds were old and worn, the flatware was cheap and assorted, and several things were broken. Basic supplies like dish detergent, a sponge, and salt ad pepper were also absent.

Some condos will be more updated than others (those are all a part of our premier category), however, basic items like the blinds and bedding should be found in good condition and we are so sorry if they were not. We want you to be totally comfortable during your stay so please let us know if there is anything we can assist with. All condos will be stocked a bit differently and we will be sure to take a look at these items you have listed. Love the resort but had minor issues this year

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this resort for 14 years now. Love it overall. This year the refrigerator wasn't working correctly so when I made contact with the office they sent someone to look at it and they ended up replacing it. The new freezer ice maker did not work right it just kept calling for water and filling the ice tray with water. We came back from being at beach one day and had water all over kitchen. They sent people out again but long story short we did not have ice after day 3 for our 2 week stay. The kitchen also was very minimally stocked which was also a disappointment which is why I gave the general condition only 3 stars.

Subpar unit but didn’t ruin our vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Land’s End multiple times using Resort Rentals. Unfortunately this unit did not meet our expectations of a unit from Resort Rentals. The unit is need of a major “ face-lift”. Very outdated decor, balcony furniture was in need of replacement, master bed needs desperately replaced, lights /outlets didn’t work and cabinet doors/ drawers falling apart. The kitchen lacked utensils and kitchen equipment , not one oven mitt in the place along with other items. Although the unit was waaay below our expectations, the property of Land’s End was beautiful as ever and when we return I will no longer try a new unit but go back to one of the beautiful units I have already stayed in !!

Pros and cons at Lands End condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the pros. Lands End is a beautiful community. The buildings are well-maintained the grounds are gorgeous the pool is to die for and the sun sets on the beach are spectacular. As far as the condo itself was concerned it was beautifully decorated, clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Now for the cons. The condo is located directly across from several restaurants and bars. The bar plays loud music until at least 10 p.m.. I am a person who likes peace and quiet and the barrage of noise drove me crazy. There was no beach equipment and the prices to rent or buy equipment was sky-high. Fortunately we had a kindly neighbor who lent us her beach chairs. Thank you Nancy. There were no screens in the condo. I guess they didn't want their guests getting any fresh air and I am a person who always likes to have my windows cracked even in the winter time. I know the owners were very concerned about their air conditioning but I would have gladly turned it off if I could have opened the sliding glass door. There were mosquitoes so opening the door was not an option. One last thing, the area is car dependent and no trolley runs past the property. Overall the condo was not right for me

We loved the balcony facing the bay side since we had music from across the bay and we saw dolphins two times during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and main bathroom were nicely updated. They had beach chairs, which was nice, but only had two small beach towels that were in rough shape. The bath mat in the master bathroom was supposed to be white, but was a dingy grey from so much use or not being washed, they needed a new one. The master bathroom was not updated and the shower head was horrible to the point I could hardly get the shampoo out of my hair. Also, the kitchen supplies and cookware along with cooking utensils are sparse and not the best condition. This along with the lack of cleaning and the master bathroom condition I only gave it a 4 overall.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property (Land's End) is really nice. The location of the unit was great for the pool and beach. This unit, however, needs updating. The kitchen has been remodeled, but the silverware and kitchen utensils need replacing. They are old. They also need more dishes and cups. And the toaster does not work properly. Dishwasher pods were provided but not dish soap. With the lack of dishes, it would have been nice for the rental company to provide.The furniture in the bedrooms is big, making both bedrooms feel cramped. The master bathroom is in major need of an upgrade. The toilet/shower room is very tiny. And it would be nice to have two sinks. I would recommend that they add towel hooks, too. The towel bar is not great at drying bath towels so we found ourselves hanging our towels over the doors. When we arrived the door to the laundry was removed and laying against the wall. This probably should have been fixed or removed before the next renters. One major thing to note is that this unit is located across the bay from a very popular restaurant. This restaurant has live music 7 days a week from 6pm-10pm and a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm - 1am. You can hear everything and it's loud. Some may like this but we did not. We had our kids in the back bedroom so it wasn't as loud. The unit did have 4 beach chairs for us to use. That was a nice surprise.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have had many eperiences with rental properites treasure island 4 tines, Kiawah Island in S.C., and we have rented our own unit in Lake Geneva, WI. I am sure it seems minor but when you are paying $3000.00 for the week they get annoying and unecessary. 5 towels for 3 people, because we did not pack beach towels we had to use house towels, glasses were only juice glasses, hair dryer only worked on cool, no screen on doors to deck. Thing that drove us crazy no small containers of laundry and dish detergent, no kleenex, this can be bought at Dollare store rather than having to buy sizes that ended up in garbage. We have never before had this not supplied so had to make another trip to the store to buy. Toliet paper was so cheap had to go out and buy that too because not enought. Noise from across the street should be a consideration, it did end at 11:00pm but could be heard with doors closed

Location, Location, Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a week long stay in this condo. The location is prime! The unit is very clean which is very important to us. Aside from the recently updated kitchen, the rest of the unit could use an updating. Top floor unit with beautiful views from the balcony of the waterway but it is across from a bar with live music in the evening so can be a little noisy. The condo is close to the pathway to the beautiful, uncrowded beach. I will comment that the check in process (which appeared to be easy with a keypad code to the unit that was emailed the day of checkin) ended up being a hassle. It was hampered by the man at the guard stand who denied us entry at check in even though we had the email with from Resort Rentals with the checkin info and sent us off to the rental office (which had already closed) for a check in packet that was in a lockbox there that did not contain any pertinent information. When we returned a different person waved us in the gate without stopping us as did other guards on subsequent days until midweek. The same man stopped us as we were returning from lunch and told us he could not let us in without the parking pass that he could only issue if we had the proper paperwork (which of course was in our condo). He eventually issued the pass and the rest of the week there was no problem. Confusing? You bet!! Only other issue was that the garbage disposal was not working from the start. We did report it but it was not addressed while we were there. Overall we had a lovely week and would come back to Lands End again.

The beach was beautiful and not crowded, the pool was sparkling, and there were dolphins and manatees in the bay we could watch from our patio. This was our families favorite vacation so far.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Out of 5 being the best I would give this a 3. Master bedroom had a broken bed frame , older furniture. For the price I paid i staid in better ones before at lands end . Need to update bedroom furniture , kitchen , and pots and pans were not useful old , dirty and bad .

Terrible listing

AC not functioning at arrival and not available until the next days, with 90F weather. Coil burned and chip board nonfunctional. Technician came to fix it and could not. He said AC most likely not working for a long time. Place very dirty, we had to clean it, with ceiling fans disgusting. Refrigerator freezer stung like a lot of fish was there for weeks. Extremely unsanitary and prone to getting sick. Strong moldy smell most likely due to AC not working. Also, potential for getting sick. Lights out, paint chipping in several places. Not nice or livable at all. Nothing we found represented in the advertisement. We refused to stay in unsanitary illrepresented unit.

Thank you Grumiven for reviewing your stay at Land's End building 3, unit 404. We apologize upon arrival the air conditioner was not working properly. We would never allow a unit to be with out the air conditioner working, also for the house keeping problems. This too would have been addressed, and a offering of house keeping to reclean. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

A month at lands end

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay we met some nice is a nice spot away from the big crowds had a man at the gate 24/7 You always felt safe the beach was never Crowded sometimes you had it to yourself.Our only complaint was they were remodeling the condo below us and there were 4 days you had to leave because the noise was so loud you could not talk in our condo so we left but other than that it was good

We are so glad you enjoyed your time at this gated community in Treasure Island, it really is a lovely spot off of the main roads and we are so glad that was a nice fit for you! We are so sorry if there was any remodeling noise that was taking place in the building near you. We try our very best to be sure we inform our guests of any taking place that we are aware of, however, we do not manage every unit in the community and many condos there are lived in year round by private owners. If they are doing any kind of work they do not make us aware of this and we are so sorry for any disruptions that may have come with this. We hope that does not stop you from returning for a future visit.

Loved the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location! We were located in the last resort on the southern end of the island. We walked out of the building, past the pool and across the boardwalk to the beach. The beach was very quiet. More people as you walked north. It was the perfect place to relax and catch some sun. We saw dolphins every day and some even in the waterway outside below our balcony. It was a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. The unit was clean but could use some updates. Paint peeling in the bathroom, blinds not working the best, floors and woodwork old but clean. The pot to the coffee maker was missing when we arrived but a call to the main office and they delivered a new coffee maker in minutes. Overall a great place to stay and relax!

Affordable stay on St. Pete Beach

The unit was very clean though, property was well maintained,and it was strategically located to my destinations. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.
