Abierto y bien ventilado con mucho encanto. Este condominio de esquina grande tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas. Con una nueva cocina remodelada y todos los nuevos muebles de sala de estar de este condominio es una opción perfecta para su hogar de vacaciones fuera de casa. Una hilera de ventanas abre el espacio a una excelente vista del Canal Intracostero desde la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. El edificio # 3 está al lado del área de parrillas en los terrenos, lo que hace que sus comidas al aire libre sean agradables y convenientes, ¡también está cerca de la piscina y es muy fácil caminar hasta el acceso a la playa en el lugar!

Condo unit was nice and spacious. An area of improvement would be better quality linens, pillows and bed comfort. Everything was as advertised as far as condo unit. The community shouldn’t advertise pickle pall courts bc they are tennis courts. The only negative was the woman who worked the gate at night. She was intense and rude to guests at times.

Great Place

Condo was clean and well decorated. Loved the huge pool and direct access to the beach. We loved seeing dolphins right off our deck! I would have given this 5 stars except we had to purchase a new pan, a can opener and a sharp knife, which we left. The pans are badly scratched and frankly not safe to use. There was one knife and we couldn’t get it to cut anything. The hand can opener did not work at all. Otherwise, the place was perfect, quiet and a great stay! Thank you!

Outdated smells bad no hot water and nobody cares about you do not waste your money on this rental

We do not recommend this property for rent it have bad smell in master bedroom bathroom stinks all the time. Master bedroom bathroom do not have hot water you need to run hot water 15 minutes till you can start using shower. Noise from other shore restaurants will not allow you to sleep till midnight or 1 am. Washer and dryer is making huge noise so do not start washer or dryer before bed. We found ussed towel on kitchen’s counter when we arrived so we called and told everybody but nobody even apologized and problems was not fixed .Resort Rentals do not care about this property they promised to send someone but nobody showed up . This property place ruined my family vacation time and Indo not recomend this place to anyone.

Resort Rental always goes above and beyond for us no matter if we reserve or spur of the moment trips. Finding us a condo at Land’s End on Sunset Beach, Florida that meets our standards and expectations is no small task. Our condo Building #3 #206 was super clean, updated with tile, new floors, granite, large refrigerator, efficiently equipped kitchen, new leather furniture, comfortable beds and simple but tasteful decorating. We love the view overlooking the channel where we saw dolphin on a daily basis, occasionally different species of rays, manatees and we caught lots of fish. :) The grounds at Land’s End are gorgeous, the pool is large and clean, and the beach on the gulf borders the property and is easily accessible and pristine. We will definitely be using Resort Rental again and we surely will request this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and our 4th time at Lands End. Both times we’ve had other family and friends staying in units at the same time. This condo is nice, great location, we love Lands End but wish this condo had beach chairs and umbrellas as most of the other units do. The bathrooms were updated and very nice but the cleaning company does a terrible job. I suspect this is with all units not unique to this one. The floors are always FILTHY, every year.. We don’t wear shoes indoors but then had to because our feet were black if we didn’t. There was no mop or bucket or I would have cleaned it and your only have a limited amount of bath towels for the week and two rags and towels for the kitchen so washing the floors myself wasn’t really an option so we made due. The sheets on the bed were clean but the unit was dusty, pieces of long hair in the shower and bathroom floor so I suspect the cleaning company barely wipes it down. We spent most of our week in the beach which is beautiful and made up for the annoyances of the unit.

We apologize if things were not up to par as they should have been upon your arrival and we did let them know this. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not a required item for the owners to leave as they go missing on a very regular basis, which is frustrating for all. If you do not have those in the unit please do not hesitate to call us at our office as we do keep a supply here that we are happy to lead out to you for the duration of your stay, based on availability. We are glad you enjoyed the beach and the community as a whole, it really is a lovely spot and we hope you will be back for more visits!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of this unit are deceiving. Overall, we found the unit to be very tired: chipped baseboards; scuffed walls; out-of-date bathrooms (with mildew-stained grouting and shower curtain, broken tiles, broken in-shower light fixture); badly fitting bed linens etc.We enjoyed the balcony with its view of the intercostal and had many sightings of dolphins and manatees. The music from the restaurants directly across the intercoastal was quite loud in the evening, but did stop around 10-11 p.m. (would have been enjoyable had the quality of the live bands been better LOL).Also, the unit was entered by a pest control company one day while we we out without any advance notice by the condo corporation. This disturbed us because we had left valuables (new laptop and iPad) and food (fresh fruit) on the counter. Apparently a notice on the tenant bulletin board was posted, but it did not occur to us to review this as short-term renters.We have noticed the standard response from the rental company negative reviews is that "premium" units can be rented. We paid too much for what we got and should not have to pay more to get a unit in good repair.

We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with your stay in this condo at Land’s End. It is true that there are condos in our inventory that carry recent updates; however, the basics with maintenance and housekeeping should be up to par and we are truly sorry it was not. We have discussed this with our staff and have also passed your comments onto the owner for their review and knowledge. In regards to the music, what you encountered was the establishments across the waterway from St Pete Beach that have live music in place but we are happy to hear that they were stopping between 10 and 11 as they are supposed to, there is a city ordinance in place for that. The pest control schedule is set by the condo association directly so we unfortunately do not have any control over that. They do post the notices on the premises as the days and times can fluctuate a bit but perhaps additional locations for the postings could help and we will pass that over to the condo association. The pest control services are all licensed, bonded and insured and they need to come on a regular basis to keep things at bay, especially in FL, but we are sorry if this was a disruption for you. We truly apologize again for the issues that you encountered during your stay at Land’s End and if there is anything that we can do for you in the future, we of course are more than happy to help.

Lands End $206 - Spring Break Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Lands End and this is a great condo but wish it were a little cleaner. After walking around the first day barefoot (we don't usually wear shoes in our home) our feet were black. I don't think the floor had been mopped and unfortuanately there wasn't a mop for me to do it.... a So we had to wear shoes indoors the rest of the week. It was also incredibly dusty. I'm not sure how long it had sat empty before we got there but possibly a while. Also no cleaning supplies other than the bar of soap they left and the dishsoap I brought. With the glass table and mirrors down the hall I also would have liked to have a bottle of Windex to clean a little. The bed in the master is SUPER soft.... like sink down in foam soft. I usually sleep well everywhere we travel but the soft memory foam matress was really uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well all week. This unit also has no beach chairs, so that was disappointing. I know that it's not guaranteed that they'll have them but we've stayed in 3 other units here before and have always had them. The unit is really beautiful and the stay was still good... a few tweaks and this place would be perfect.

We do understand that everyone's preferences in the bedding department do vary, but we will pass this over and we are sorry it was not a good match for you. In regards to beach chairs, unfortunately that inventory is constantly changing and that is quite disappointing. We do keep a supply of beach chairs and umbrellas here at our office that we are happy to lend out to you for the duration of your stay, so upon your next visit if you do not find them in your condo please just give us a call. Great location not so great condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was in a great location, scenery beautiful, beach was beautiful. The grounds was very well kept and the pool was great. Some of the stuff in the condo was clean but the floor was dirty, had to wear shoes constantly or your feet would be black. One of the bathrooms was nasty looking, it needed new shower doors and the faucets on the sinks need to be replaced due to built up dirt under the knobs. Wish I would have asked for a different condo probably would have enjoyed my stay even more.
