Sea La Vi is sheer waterfront luxury.  On the shores of Santa Rosa Sound, you and your friends and family will be near all of the fun activities, shopping, and dining that Navarre has to offer, but you may never want to leave your home away from home!  Sea La Vi has it all - game room, waterfront pool and spacious relaxing decks, double-sided fireplace with huge open living and dining areas to gather and enjoy the expansive waterfront views!  And if you're group is even larger, consider renting along with Diver Down right down the street for nearby access and Soundfront family fun.

The Master suite has a king bed, stunning en suite master bath with separate walk-in shower and soaking tub, and unbeatable sweeping views of the Santa Rosa Sound.  This calm oasis is off the living area in this split living plan home.  

Just down the hall from the Master Suite, Sea La Vi's first guest bedroom is tucked into a quiet corner and features another king bed, a nearby well-appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an outdoor seating vignette just outside the sliding glass door for a little time spent away reading, meditating, or just relaxing with a morning cup of coffee.

On the opposite side of this split plan home, two more guest rooms await your arrival.  The third guest bedroom also has a king bed, another set of stunning waterfront views leading out the sliding glass door onto the patio seating area, and an entry into the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Guest bedroom #3 is a whimsical bunk room with Full--over-Full bunks just across the hall from the Jack-and-Jill bathroom and leads directly into the brand new game room/theatre room.  Each bunk bed has it's own flat screen for gaming or streaming your own favorite show.  The built-in ladders are sturdy and there's lots of storage space in the 'foot lockers' at the end of each set of beds.

The Game/Theatre Room showcases transitional furniture that can quickly turn from comfortable, fun chairs to a king size bed.  Don't forget about shuffleboard, arcade games, board games, and a huge flat screen TV for movie night or a fun game.

The 6-ft deep luxury pool with with hot tub may be heated seasonally (at an additional expense).  The relaxing decks surrounding the pool are sprinkled with upscale lounge chairs and are easily accessible dining areas inside and out along with the putting green for a little poolside fun.

All bedrooms, the living space, game room and theater room all feature state-of-the-art TV's along with one outside to enjoy the game while you spend time at your very own private pool.

This property does allow pets upon approval for an additional fee.

Directly on the sound, feel free to bring your boat and anchor up on your very own private beach or spend a day relaxing in beach chairs watching the boats go by.

Bring the whole gang...parking room for plenty - including three protected spaces in garage and room for another 4 cars in the driveway.  (No cars allowed on street at any time.)
