If I could rate the location higher than perfect, I would. It is - literally - 103 steps from the end of the home’s driveway to an absolutely breathtaking tidal pool snorkel spot (at Mama’s Fish House beach). There was also another GREAT snorkeling lagoon a few hundred yards west. There is fishing, spear-fishing, snorkeling and primo food all within a few hundred yards. Sea turtles everywhere! And the house? Super chill, and tasteful, and beautifully updated and appointed. Great kitchen and dining space. And bedrooms, and outdoor shower area and decks and grill, all wonderful. It immediately felt like home to us, in its little enclave community, full of families… and plenty of space for our family of four. Plenty of space. Truly, one of the chillest, finest, funnest places we have ever stayed, anywhere. And, the icing on the cake? Craig and the property management team were super available, responsive, helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend the place highly enough… I just hope it is available next time we are in Maui, because we’ll stay there again.. every time we can.
