Welcome to Mountain Lodge 146, a rare 3-bedroom condo with four sleeping spaces to host up to 10 guests. Located in Snowshoe’s Village area offering a beautifully styled modern space with themed bedrooms, and luxury amenities including a new, fully-renovated kitchen, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, and deck with a prime view of the main Village lift (Ballhooter), you can watch your friends and family come up the lift and ski down the nearby slopes. This property is just steps away from the resort’s shops, restaurants, and bars.

KEY FEATURES:

• 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, 1 Kid Sleeping Cave with 2 Twins in Bunk Style, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room, this unit accommodates up to 10 guests in four sleeping areas:
- Master Bedroom: King bed with Casper mattress
- Second Bedroom: 2 Queen beds
- Third Sleeping Area-Kid Sleeping Cave: 2 Twin beds in bunk form (sleeping cave closes with barn door)
- Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

• Ski-In/Ski-Out Access: Located on the first floor, just steps from the Ballhooter exit, offering immediate access to trails, lessons, and Snowshoe’s top slopes (Ballhooter exit at Mountain Lodge is very close to this unit, and has private ski lockers available for rent to make storage easy)

PANORAMIC VIEWS & SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:

The moment you step outside, you’re able to hit the slopes with direct access to the Ballhooter Lift, easily access to Snowshoe’s trails and beginner slopes, visit the restaurants and shops in the Village, swim in the Split Rock pool and hot tub complex (fee required), or visit the restaurants and kids ski school in the basement of our condo building. After a day on the mountain, unwind on the balcony, taking in panoramic views of the ski runs and scenic mountain vistas.

• Free parking for two vehicles—a rare and valuable perk at Snowshoe (space permitting).

• 24-hour front desk staff, and on-site maintenance provides peace of mind throughout your stay.
• While there is no air-conditioning, the cool mountain climate and first floor location ensures comfort even during summer months. The king and queen bedrooms plus the living room have ceiling fans and a portable window unit can be provided for the living room.
• Mountain Lodge is one of the original buildings in Snowshoe, which means we have the best location, but our common space areas (outside our unit) are a bit dated currently but slated for an interior renovation in the summer of 2025- stay tuned!

LUXURY AND CONVENIENCE FOR LARGE GROUPS

Mountain Lodge 146 can be rented together with Mountain Lodge 144 to create an expansive 5 Bedroom/ 3 Bath retreat with two full kitchens, two balconies, a wood-burning fireplace, electric fireplace, second full kitchen, boot warmer, second laundry center, and more. ML 144 has a connecting door to ML 146, which is one of only 6 St Moritz units in the building. ML 146 features a much larger floorplan with a wood-burning fireplace, while ML 144 provides offers additional privacy for kids, multi-family, or group stays. Combining these spaces allows us to host up to 14 people, with a kid-friendly bunk cave sure to be a hit with younger guests, while adults will appreciate multiple luxurious king and queen-sized beds, Smart TVs in five rooms, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Don’t tell everyone about this place

I really don’t want to leave a positive review because I don’t want this place to get booked up and it be unavailable for our next trip! This place is the best spot on the mountain to stay. The unit was nice and well kept- plenty of amenities in the room. The location is so cool- deer come up at night and stand at the bottom of the balcony waiting for snacks. Check in was easy, parking was easy. Would recommend and we will be renting this unit again on our next trip.

Gorgeous home and perfect host, location, amenities.

This absolutely beautifully decorated home is pristine in every way. We loved our stay here. The location right at the top on ballhooter lift is true ski in/ski out and with amazing views as well! Monica is on if the most responsive and helpful hosts I have encountered. We will be renting with her again!

Views were are amazing. The building is older but the unit has been updated very nice. We booked this unit because of the location and the amenities . We found out that the Hot Tub/Pool is not attached to this property and has an extra fee per guest. Very disappointing. Found this out after booking. The unit is advertised with a washer and dryer. It’s an all in one unit like you see in a camper that just does not dry your items. This was a disappointment. Also, fire wood and kindling were included. There was no kindling at all and they ran out of firewood. Tried to call the local store, couldn’t get through to ask about a starter log. The front desk offered no help at all about any more firewood. This is also an adjoining unit, upon which someone opened the adjoining door several times from their side and slammed it. Also opened ours once that attaches, there is no lock on our side. Someone even came in the front door and yelled the owners name. We had the safety latch flipped open for our guests that were coming back in the next few minutes. This was all a little uncomfortable. Room overall was nice but several inconsistencies. Thank you.

Lovely stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Truly ski in / ski out right by the main lift. Clean and comfortable unit which was recently updated. Host went above and beyond by communicating quickly even around the holiday and weekend.
