-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
-Pets allowed with Pet fee - $100 per pet per stay for stays less than 30 days. $100/month for multi-month stays. Discounts available for multiple pets. Standard 2 pet max. Please reach out for case by case consideration on pets exceeding two. Breed restrictions apply per homeowner's insurance policy. Breed restrictions can be accommodated with owner liability and/or liability pet insurance.
