Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with den, pool, and spa in central North La Quinta. Enjoy your desert getaway with a gorgeous outdoor oasis with Santa Rosa mountain views and a dedicated work space for remote workers. You are a short drive to parks with Pickle Ball and tennis, BNP tennis, hiking trails, golf courses, and Old Town La Quinta which has restaurants, bike rentals, and boutique shops. The gated community provides safety and a peaceful stay.
The gorgeous home is located in a gated community in North La Quinta - centrally located and close to everything the desert has to offer! There is driveway, garage, and ample street parking. The fully enclosed backyard has been transformed into a desert oasis. There is a gorgeous pool, spa, BBQ, wood burning fire pit, outdoor seating with tables and lounge chairs, mature lemon and tangelo trees, and mountain views. Spa heating is included in your stay and the pool can be heated for an additional $100/night.
The home contains a king bed in the master bedroom with a custom built in closet with lots of extra storage space and shelving. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. A dedicated desk in the living room provides a wonderful place to work for remote workers.
The full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a large refrigerator and freezer with water and ice maker included.
The large living room has a comfortable sectional couche, a dining table which seats 6 and a smart TV to log in and watch all your favorite shows or movies. There is also a den off of the living room area with additional seating and a TV.
The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The living room, den, and master bedroom all have smart TVs. There is Spectrum cable TV in the living room and there is also room for you to put an air mattress if you so choose.
The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay).
The community has an esplanade with grass for walking with your dog for almost 1/2 a mile! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $100/per pet per stay.
You will have full, private access to the home and yard with pool and spa! Note: There is a fourth bedroom in the home that is locked for owner’s personal items.
