Carlton Landing! Come enjoy Greenway Getaway

“Greenway Getaway” at 61 Lower Greenway has all the charm of Carlton Landing with the added luxury and function. This professionally designed and beautifully decorated 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests comfortably and has an oversized parking pad to accommodate 4 cars and a fenced in backyard. It is located across from Bocce Ball court and between Tower Court and Boardwalk pools.

The modern glass entrance door on the street opens to a covered porch with several rocking chairs and bench seats where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching your family and friends play in the large grassy area, known as Lower Greenway Park or play a round of bocce ball or ping pong.

The elegant and fully stocked kitchen is open to the spacious living and dining areas which are flooded with natural light. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people and the island in the kitchen seats 4. The living area with a 65" TV and fireplace is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. There is a half-bathroom, laundry room, and one primary bedroom on this floor, which has a king bed and private bathroom.

The second floor includes another primary bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. A middle bedroom with another king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed with a bathroom shared with the bunk room which has a set of two twin bunks. The four bedrooms with king beds all have 55" TV's. The second floor also features a well-appointed balcony off the second master bedroom with outdoor seating and sofa swing. Perfect space to enjoy the views of Carlton Landing!

No detail is overlooked at 61 Lower Greenway. There is plenty of hot water with a tankless hot water system. The home features an outdoor fire pit (wood provided), with six Adirondack chairs and propane grill for guests to use and a fenced in backyard. It is the perfect home for a girl's trip, family reunion, work retreat, or if you are just looking to get away. Greenway Getaway has 4 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pools, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Amazing!!!!

This house is perfect!! It has EVERYTHING. Fully stocked with all of the appliances and things you need for your visit. It’s modern, immaculate, perfect amount of master bedrooms, powder bathroom, the cutest bunk room, tons of firewood for the fire pit (with plenty of Adirondack chairs for seating), even had a box of tumbleweed fire starters and Bic lighters too. I absolutely love the location of the house. It’s perfectly situated on a fun (but quiet) street that is across the street from the bocce ball lanes. The couches and chairs are SO comfortable where we relaxed by the fireplace and watched football. The patio has rocking chairs and a perfect view of a grassy area where we were able to watch the kids play football. We had the BEST stay. Thank you so much!!!

I have a lot of hair to dry and one towel just doesn’t do the trick. We also would have liked to have access to a dish rag and dish towel. We prepared every meal ahead of time so there were a lot of dishes to do and only paper towels to do them with. Needless to say, we went through all of the ones provided PLUS the ones we brought. Other than that, everything was perfect. Tons of room for everyone to gather and spread out if needed! The town and atmosphere was phenomenal. We will be back!

Greenway Getaway

This is our 4th or 5th year to plan a trip in Carlton Landing and our 3rd or 4th to stay in a properly managed by Lake Stay. First, we arrived a little early, about 15 minutes. One quick, friendly phone call later we were in the house. Next, the house is beautiful and just as listed. It also came stocked with things we might need. We usually bring everything because you never know what will be available there to use. There was an assortment of spices, multiple kitchen items such as crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and cookware. The rooms were spacious and inviting. There were extra blankets throughout. We had 11 people (the youngest being 13) and we fit perfectly. We never felt cramped or overwhelmed or crowded. Then, they had also provided things like rackets and balls for pickleball, fire starters, lighters, and wood for the fire pit, and even had extra sunscreen and bug spray. Lastly, it was more than evident that the owners love the property and want their guests to love it as well. It was a great stay!

The bunks are up high but there's room to add a floor bed underneath for smaller children. The kitchen was well organized and you could tell they put a lot of thought into the items to have on hand. We would definitely book here again. The location was great for us too - right in between two of the pools.
