Welcome to The Sunfish- 37 Boardwalk

The charm of Carlton Landing is undeniable in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage. Nestled on lower Boarwalk, this home is just minutes from the beach and all of the conveniences of this one-of-a-kind lake community. This home features a well-appointed first-floor primary bedroom that will be perfect for resting after a night out at The Meeting House or Mama Tigs Pizzarie. Two bedrooms upstairs, jack and jill bathroom plus a tv room with pull out full couch.

Enjoy the newly designed backyard- with turf, yard games, fire pit, pinic table and more! Another great feature of the home is the front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or wine at night.

Don't wait to book The Sunfish! Just steps away from Boardwalk pool and many Carlton Landing amenities.

The Sunfish has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. We didn’t mind using the extra couch as a sleeping area, but future guests may want to know that is what the “4th bedroom” consists of. Didn’t matter to us—we absolutely loved the house, loved CL and are already planning to bring our families to this amazing little corner of the lake!

Great location, quiet. Backyard was a nice setup for corn hole and smores in the firepit. Perfect for our 2 boys and 2 adults. Could have comfortably had 2 more kids join us. Near the town center and everything is very close!

Awesome stay

Great place to stay with teenagers. They got to hang out in the pool and it’s a very safe community for them to walk around on their own. Lots of outside activities and amenities.

Great town and property

This is a really nice property. Very clean inside. Great location on the boardwalk, which is very central to the beach, restaurants, etc. Property had all the needed linens and a fully stocked kitchen. It was decorated for the season, which was a nice and unexpected touch. The only areas of improvement I have were that the VRBO listing shows more queen beds than are available in this property. The property pictures are representative, but the listing details show more beds than exist. There was also some poison ivy in the backyard near the fence that hopefully the property managers can have removed.

It is such a sweet community and we loved our stay at Sunfish. It is in a prime location on Boardwalk, just steps away from the pop up shops, movie lawn, and Mama Tigs.

Fabulous stay

We loved this property. It worked really well for our family. The property is super cute and nicely decorated. The turfed back yard was really nice to play in. Communication with the property manager was very fast. We ended up extending our stay and would have loved to stay longer.
