Check-in and out was an absolute breeze. Probably one of the best in my experience with Vrbo. The location of the property was perfect for our activities in Little River, and the pricing made this place quite a jewell.

Nice, comfortable home!

Had a great visit. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities available but we wanted to! Would definitely recommend!

Very cute condo. Could use some updating with the bathroom ceiling fans. One doesn't work and the other was loud. All in all the place was perfect for us and we had a great stay.

Thank you so much. Will be looking into bathroom fans. Our rates are kept lower due to some updates needed for the second floor. which will happen sometime in 2026. That will then change our rates. The condo was very nicely done as far as furniture and decor. A ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom would be great or a stand up fan that you could use if wanted. The a/c did not work well at all. It got cool and comfortable on Friday after 10 hours of making adjustment but it stopped working Saturday night and we did not sleep well due to the heat and had to leave at 6:30 am because it was too hot in there. The thermostat was reading 82. Other than that it was a nice condo.

Deborah I wish you had reached out to me when this happened. Due to the improper adjustments to the thermostat it resulted in the unit freezing up. Therefore it was unable to perform the way it should have. I had to have my service man come out on Sunday to defrost the unit and get it up and running again. Sorry this had happened

Good location, short drive to beaches and to Coastal Carolina University. Little more economical than condo on the beach. Pool was clean (though with heat down there it's just warm bathwater). Owner was A with communication before and throughout stay. Place was cozy, she had necessity stuff in there like towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc. Coffee machine with kcups was appreciated!Only note is during heat of summer the upstairs loft bedroom is noticeably warmer than the downstairs. You really have to jack the AC to make it comfortable to sleep (and will mKe it pretty cool for those sleeping downstairs). Somewhat expected but it's not going to be 60 degrees up there if that's what you want for sleeping.

Micheal upstairs cooling does seem to be an issue. I’m thinking maybe closing that open space in. May help with the heat that rises from the the high area and skylights. Thank you for the other wonderful comments.

Great condo and host

We were in town for a few days for a family funeral. We are very familiar with the area, and the only hassle is if you are needing to go north on 17. It’s doable, you just have to allow for a few extra minutes. Otherwise it’s perfectly located for a quick drive to cherry grove beach or even into north Myrtle beach or further south. The unit was just as pictured and described. Despite the building having some age, there are very nice updates throughout and it was kept very clean and tidy with nice extra touches like a little coffee bar in the kitchen. Laura was very good with communication and the check in and check out process was super easy. Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Little River!

I will agree with you on traveling North on17 it is a little busy and yes giving yourself a few extra minutes does help.
